Personally, I feel body shaming is saying something about people who are born a certain way and can't change their looks or who overeat due to depression or who starve themselves because of anorexia. Kim chose to make her body look like this. If you took your money and bought an ugly dog, car, house, whatever would you care if someone called it ugly.
