- Rob Kardashian shocked everyone when he stepped out after his split with Rita Ora in 2012. Kardashian’s sudden weight gain was the result of post-break-up blues that included excessive junk food and low self-esteem. It was a stark contrast from the handsome and charming presence on E!’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians back in 2007.
After the break-up, Kardashian was apparently even afraid to step out of his house for fear of being photographed. His dramatic turnaround by 2018, however, had everyone surprised. Kardashian had managed to get close to his ideal weight and looked fitter than before.

Okay but who tf cares if he lost weight through surgery? If he did it and is now healthier and happier who cares? Not all cosmetic surgery is for vain reasons and getting healthy is very common for going under the knife, and even if he did lose the weight from workout alone then he would still have needed surgery to get rid of the extra skin he would of had from it.
Losing fat through cosmetic surgery is not healthy. Yes you will look thinner but if youre not used to a healthy way of eating youre just a moment away of putting all those pounds back
Oh yeah, I agree with that but here in Rob's case they said he was on a strict diet now. Cosmetic surgery can be a good way to help kick start a healthier lifestyle, as that's what's helped my now formerly severely obese aunt and uncle kick start their healthy lifestyle.

I really hope he gets himself back to where he wants to be. I can’t imagine the enormous pressure he is under. I have no doubt his family love him immensely. But they honestly need to meet him where he is. You can’t tell someone they need to do “A B C & D.” They already know what they need to do but they’re just not in that place yet. Just be supportive. He’s a softer soul... just let him be.

Well she wasn't that dramatically over weight and she still lived her life, his weight gain destroyed him and left him crippled with fear when he was in the spotlight or even around family and friends. Khloe was giving him all the tools to lose the weight nd take control back nd he refused to accept help. Plus khloe wasnt binging to aquire her weight gain like Rob did, that's an actual eating disorder. So you can see why ALL the sisters have something negative to say.

Rob looks awesome. He is such a cute guy. I loved his personality in the early shows and yes I would have felt the same way he did. He wasn't comfortable with it mostly bc his whole family even cousins were driving him away by constantly bothering him about it. For whatever reason he lost weight, good for you Rob. You deserve a healthy happy life!

Depression is real! I've been there so I understand part of what he went through, that and having a positive self body image. Glad I beat it on my own. Never going back to that place.

Blac China is a train wreck and the worst mistake Rob ever made. So what if he had weight loss surgery. Plus weight loss surgery doesn't cost 100K so she's just full of it. I think he looks awesome and its great that he is taking control of himself and finally getting better emotionally and physically. Anyone who has dealt with being overweight can have empathy for what he has gone through and his family has been anything but supportive.

I remember the sisters saying that their father on his deathbed, was asking them to look out for Rob bc he was not as strong as his sisters. He said to them that he knew they would be ok but he wasn't so sure about Rob.
So Rob's issues stem from his childhood and apparently it seems to be progressively getting worse.
I am glad his daughter is the light in his life.
