WEAR NOTES
The Ilia Complexion Stick wore well & stayed matte all say. The Saie concealer creased alightly under my eyes, but still looked pretty good overall. I’ll keep testing it & let you know in a future video.

The swatches from Sephora are lacking lately! I spent hours yesterday trying to find swatches of Patrick Ta's blush in Just Enough on a fair to light model. The hand swatches online are all dark - the lightest model was a medium skin tone at least! And then online of course everyone trying it has a tan or a deep skin tone. You were one of the lightest skin tones to try it, so thank you for your video from a while back! I found it again and rewatched it. I picked up the blush today and love it! I can't wait for the day Patrick Ta recognizes you, you deserve it!💖 Btw how does the Tom Ford contour compare to the Westman Atelier? I was always under the impression that they would be similar. The Westman Atelier is one of my favorite makeup products ever.
I’ve never had luck with Saie or ilia. I’m super pale with dark circles, blue eyes and blonde hair so I love the corrector content you give. I also have a ton of color in my lips. I seriously think you could make anything work.

The saie concealer looked very yellow. The bronzer and highlighter are gorgeous on you!

Hi Blair! I agree that Tom Ford cream bronzer duo and Make Up By Mario’s Skin Enhancer are similar in texture. They are so buttery and easy to blend. I like Tom Ford color better. Mario’s light medium is cooler and is more suited as a contour than bronzer.
I did the mistake of ordering the Saie concealer in shade 6N online and I had to go to the store to pick another shade. The shades on this concealer are way off. 6N was too dark and it was not neutral and the shades right below were too yellow or too weird rosy peach bisque. Even the beauty consultant noticed that the shades were off. She kept swatching shades on her hands and after feeling her struggle, I told her I wanted to try the next neutral shade below 6N. It was 3N and when I swatched it on my hand, she was relief it was the right shade. I think the shades for this concealer are totally off. I find the concealer itself is fine. I tend to stay away from Clean Beauty. They don’t last long enough. There are a few brands I find actually last awhile, but my first instinct is to stay away. RMS seems to last pretty well for me. Is the Saie concealer colour stable or does it oxidize?

The Saie concealer didn’t oxide on me, I’m still testing it. Still unsure how I feel about it!

So excited I finally dropped for the TF stick concealer, and the bronzer ,) Love love the Sonia G buffer brush the one with the red handle not sure the exact name but a huge reference from Martina Lily. Got the brush and it blends cream bronzer like a dream….. buying a few more to use them with other cream products.
I ❤ the tom ford shade and illuminate- lasts a ling time!!!

Saie isn’t my favorite concealer product I have to admit… I think it’s because it’s so dewy and I find dewier under eye products tend to settle into fine lines and wrinkles more🤷♀️ at my age, I find that really dewy products in general aren’t as flattering on me. I tend to lean more towards the luminous matte or soft matte products. Now for cream/liquid blushes and bronzers I love a good dewy finish… but even with those, when I use a powder blush/bronzer I love the way they always look so airbrushed and flawless!! I haven’t tried the MUFE matte blushes yet, but I have a feeling they’d be something I’d love ❤❤

I was on the fence about Ilia face base milk so I had then give me a sample to try…oh girlll I wish I had gotten the bottle. Made my face look healthy and didn’t mess with my makeup! Will have to do another Sephora online order for it lol 😂

I swatched the Saie concealer in store yesterday, and yes, it runs dark. I was shocked. I’m light medium, neutral and even 3 wasn’t brightening on me.
I've also been loving the ND pallette! I end up using it even when I intend on using other products ❤

The Ilia stick did not work on my dry skin
Yyees. It looks patchy and kinda drags on my dry skin also..
Thanks for the suggestions on Natasha Denona pallet for the eyes. I’ll be trying these colors out. I usually mess up if I use more then one color.
I've never tried Ilia products. They have just never really called to me. Something about the packaging is just meh to me and makeup needs to be an experience for me. That may sound so weird but I just love the process and packaging definitely heightens the experience. As for Saie, I've only tried the Blushes and the Starglow highlighter and I love both! I did look at it during the VIB sale but those arm swatches turned me off and I'm fair to light skin rt now since I haven't tanned, and you are correct, the shades looked really dark, so I passed on it.
I did pick up the Caliray corrector as per your recommendation, but I haven't tried it yet. I have high hopes that it will work well 😊
Now the TF bronzer/ highlighter duo I've been eyeing for years as well, that Martina convinced me to buy is prob my favorite purchase so far during the VIB sale! The highlighter really surprised me! It swatches clear, but when applied it looks besutiful!! I also got the Westman Atelier lipstick in Shades Lacker and Pique and they are so soft and mousse like feeling and love them. Also that Laura Mercier powder is so blurring and I find I'll be using it alot in the summer for touchups on my oily skin.

I am a light cool undertone and swatched all of the Saie concealers in store and agree it's a weird range. I tried the closest match I could find, but it settled into my fine lines, so it doesn't work for me.
Please you can co.pate the tom ford with westman atelier truffle countour stick?
That TF shade and illuminate (1) has been on my love list for years too , a few days left of the sale let's see if i talk myself into it I still have a 300$ cart. I hit pan on my Mario one . I actually haven't bought a ton from the sale just restocks a few things not that exciting like a 24$ lash curler the CT setting spray and the clean me up kit is all the new to me stuff the rest is restock perfume skincare stuff and skincare from other places because Sephora doesn't carry all the stuff.
Do you think the Tom Ford is similar to Westman Atelier? I feel like by watching it perform on your skin...it reminds me of the WA stick formula. Both highlighter and contour.
The WA is a thicker cream than the Tom Ford, definitely not as balmy! I love both, the TF had a lot more slip to it to me 🩷

my Saie concealer hasnt come yet but I also struggled with picking a color. I am light neutral and they were all too dark or wrong undertones. im prepared to not like it at this point.
