Hey really nice to see you back! I’m glad you took some time off due to burnout, very important to do once in a while. Gantz was one of my favorite manga back in High School! The Buddhist temple arc was also when I said to myself “okay this series is goated”. There are some great arcs after that too so definitely keep reading! I haven’t picked up any figures recently but I did pick up some manga. Mainly the first two volumes of Under Ninja, The Summer Hikaru Died, and also the two Ombibuses for Homunculus. (I picked up a lot more but I don’t want a massive comment). Also cool to hear you play card games. I remember you bringing up vanguard before. I don’t play any card games currently but I’ve definitely collected and played many in the past (primarily Yu-Gi-Oh). Finally, I’m a few chapters behind in Chainsaw Man but I feel the exact same way man. I don’t know what’s happening but I’m just not feeling it anymore. I absolutely love Part one and the beginning of Part two but I’m not enjoying the series now.
I’m on volume 18 of Gantz and i literally can’t put this series down! It’s all i think about when I’m not reading it! Card games have always been something that i loved! I’m thinking of in the future making members only content of me opening cards because it’s something i wanna make content on but not start a whole new channel for it 😂
@@simonsaburouGantz had the same effect on me! I really need to check out Psyren, I’ve always been told it’s similar to manga I like, and I always hear you mention it as one of your favorites. Also I’d definitely watch that! Card openings are fun to watch haha
"The recent CSM chapters have been terrible." Always has been 😂. I feel you on the burnout, man. Finding motivation to make content has been tough recently. The best advice I can give is to not force creativity, as things will come in time. Those figures are pretty cool, and I can appreciate them even if I don't like CSM and haven’t watched or read Dragon Ball. As far as figures I bought recently, I got a Gabimaru from Hell's Paradise, a Bachira from Blue Lock, and Twice from My Hero Academia. They're all made by Banpresto, so they're cheap compared to other figures, but they're good for the money, imo.
Yea CSM hasn’t been cooking for like the past year😂! A Twice figure actually sounds kind of fire though! I might have to look and see what else Banpresto has!
@@simonsaburou They've got a pretty wide selection of anime properties, from One Piece and Bleach to series like Hell's Paradise and Blue Lock. They're pretty much responsible for all the figures you see in crane game machines in Japan and usually retail for about $25-40 here in the States. They're not bad for the price; just don't expect resin statues since they're all made of hard plastic.
Don't know if I'm in the minority but definitely more figure videos! I recently picked up one of my grails this month as well. The Yuta Okkotsu 1/7 scale by eStream. It's my second scale figure and I'm stoked to finally have two "big boy" figures aha. Ironically, my first scale figure I ever bought was purchased like a year ago and I still don't have it on hand lol Also, yeah. CSM ain't it. I personally think it was always overrated but now it's some straight ass, I'm ngl
I would love to make more figure videos! I’m thinking of what’s the best way to go about it though since it’s definitely not the best performing thing in my channel. Estream has a lot of amazing figures! I haven’t been keeping up with all the recent releases due to temptation though😂
