Yes yes! Already, the new interface is a big improvement for my imperfect vision. Also dig the new features that should not only improve workflow, but moving/replacing files seems a whole lot easier. Bought....thanks for bringing PN up to date!
what is the correct workflow? I dragged and dropped my tracks from recordbox into Platinum notes. After the analysis I moved everything into the MIK. That should have taken over the analysis from PN, right? Because I load everything back into recordbox, the tracks are as before
Quick question! So before… PN would move all my cue points JUST a little bit and I would have to go back and move them..has this been fixed? Also if I have most of my library already gone through but I’m not sure can I just throw it all in and it will skip the ones that have the _PN on them? Thanks
In version 4, when using FLAC files as inputs, PN would strip some of the metadata that were not present in the converted mp3 file (cover art, track#,Genre, Grouping and others). Is it fixed in PN10?? Does it retain all the metadata of the original file?
Using mp3tag to decommission source files works fine for me. The main improvement I want to see is consistent track durations across source and PN renders. Secondly: volume issues; it needs to maximize based on loudest phrases; as is, tracks with large breakdowns get more gain.
If you are happy with version 4 and don’t want the latest, it’s totally understandable. Maybe this upgrade isn’t for you :) what would be some features that you would like to see on a future update that would get you excited about it?
which fix are you referring to? We spent quite a long time with improvements on this version, including adding a whole new audio engine, M1 native version, new features, performance improvements, and much more. So, it was not a "single-fix" paid upgrade. We would never do something like this.
@@mixedinkey Thank you for your response. I believe that automatically replacing a song and being understood by other programs was something that was supposed to work with the previous version, as it's just an audio replacement. Is the new audio engine something that will change the quality of music previously 'fixed' by a Platinum Notes previous version?

49usd upgrade? - no thanks -- old version works fine

I don’t think i even paid that for the full v4 .. 🤷🏼♂️
Ai Voice? gang. c'mon.
We used an AI voiceover to speed up the process and get more valuable content out for our fans in a faster manner :)
So, they're charging $49 for a fix they should have handled for free and trying to blindside us with a theme ? ... Not happening.
