add 1 new perfect player to SanMarino for everytime they fail to qualify. To see exactly how many needed to get to euro/wc. Start with a gk to see how much difference that make.
Maybe not perfect goalkeeper, I'd say 1 perfect def 1 perfect mid 1 perfect att, goalkeeper would unbalance it, although you could choose goalkeeper as the defender
I think it might be more interesting if the San Marino League were loaded through a mod, and Mr. Perfect were stuck in one of those teams. So that they can eventually become professional and get reputation boosts. (I got to the top 100ths in FM18 while managing a Sammarinese team so it's doable. Unfortunately the very low Youth Rating means that if you get a player with 140+ PA, even with maxed facilities, then it's a miracle. Also, players can't get the sammarinese nationality in-game so they cannot bolster their team with foreigners)
It’s not quite the same, but this feels oddly reminiscent of Henrikh Mkhitaryan playing for Armenia - when he’s there, Armenia are a decent team; when he’s not, they’re losing to Gibraltar and Liechtenstein.
Interesting the effect just one player can have. It must be mental to see him in a match against Moldova picking the ball up deep in his own half and destroying the opposition with an unstoppable run.
The idea of seeing how many Mr. Perfects would it take for San Marino to win the world cup is a great one. After the attacking Mr. Perfect, give them a perfect keeper, I bet they'd get to the World Cup then. I bet a third one would win them the world cup.
Double experiment - make the perfect quadruplets - Peter, Paul, Patrick and Perry Perfect. One a goalkeeper, one a centre half, one a centre mid and one a striker. Put them all into the game at age 16, all playing for Gibraltar. Compare their club careers and watch their impact on Gibraltar.
In a shit team it's better to put him in a position where he touches the ball more, so, midfielder centre. It doesn't make sense to put him in forward in a team where he'll never receive the ball. I would suggest putting him in the position where he'll impact the game the most both defensively and offensively, which is central midfielder, with an emphasis on playmaker.
He's not the manager bruh, the AI is the one who decides where he plays, and i'm pretty sure although your statement makes sense for real life football, it's irrelevant for the FM Auto simulation.
@@HenriqueRJchiki You can select what position your players is adept at playing in and restrict him from acquiring new positions with the "adaptability" attribute
I done this with two mr perfects so you speak. One attacking. One defensive. I also made their youth recruitment half way. By 2056 they went to 8th in the world rankings lol
really enjoyed this vid and your running analysis. maybe if mr perfect was employed as an MC he would still score shitloads of goals but also help boss things in the middle of the park and muck in with defensive duties too. might tighten san marino up a bit.
You should do three Mr Perfect. Striker. Midfielder and Defender. All play at a tiny club only, and all play for San Marino. Backbone of a club and see how well they can do.
Would be interesting to see if 4 perfect players (Goalkeeper, Defender, Midfielder and a striker) would be enough to bring glory to a small nation like San Marino, Andorra etc.
What happens, is that in 20 years time, Messi and Ronaldo wouldn't be considered so special anymore, coz prob every nation would have couple of players good as they are now :)
that nation rises up super quick I created a test, basically replacing San Marino with a 10-team perfect club setup (and England's youth rating), and they got to around rank 100ish after a year lost interest in the save after 3-4 seasons (made it as high as 50ish), but basically hardcoded the league for a "homegrown", which turned it into a "European China"
Great experiments as always. Anyway, How about improving all the national teams in OFC? I can't even remember the last time one of them even qualified for a World Cup, maybe 2010. Always curious to see what you'll come up with next.
what about create the best team with the best facilities and the best coaches in the worst league available (the can't move due to future transfer), with the best tactic available? (like knap's or something similar)? just to see how many goals can the team score
It'd be cool to see 'What if the Visegrad Group can dominate world football' (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia) since they're in the same kinda level of skill as the Nordic nations (perhaps slightly weaker).
I think you'll need five perfect players in your team to get to the world cup... A keeper, two central defenders, one midfield player and one offensive/attacking player...
Can the Southern Hemisphere Egg Chasers win the world cup? What will it take to turn rugby nations into world cup winners. Take the top southern hemisphere teams, including South Africa, Australia and New Zealand, along with the Pacific Islanders of Tonga, Samoa and Fiji.
so paris st germain went until the french cup final completely unbeaten in all competitions (presuming they didn't lose a game higher up in the champions league) then lost to of all teams lorient in the french cup final really FM?
Here's another interesting experiment. Make 4 different Mr. Perfects. One forward as seen here, one midfielder, one defender, and one goalkeeper. AND make them play in 4 different really bad national teams, like East Timor, Buthan, American Samoa, etc. But all 4 of them must play for a different national team. The interesting thing is, not only which team makes it further and improves the most at a national level, but also, which one of them ends up winning more titles with a club in whicherver league they end up playing. The purpose of the experiment would be twofold, one is what I said before about the national and club teams, and the other would be: What is best to win for a club, to have a really good forward, a really good midfielder, a really good defender or a really good goalkeeper?
I love how Mr Perfect scored more goals in one game than any San Marino player had ever scored.
Their all time record goalscorer irl has 8 goals 😂
And their 2nd top scorer has 2 😂😂😂
