Where did you get your rear bumper with the tire carrier?

Is there any information on the axles swap front and rear and what tire size

Brad Balladarsch Front axle is a '77 Ford Dana 44 converted to 8 lug and the rear is an '89 F250 10.25, 4.56 gears and ARB air lockers. Cage radius arms(same as James Duff) deaver 4 inch coils.
