Greetings from Scotland, UK. I’ve really enjoyed watching all your videos, I love watching your family go about daily life. The potato dish was very similar to how we cook them in Scotland, except that we would fry them for a bit longer until they become crispy and we call them chips! We eat them with salt and vinegar or ketchup. A traditional British meal is fried fish with chips and peas. Wishing you all the best
