Great video but what if your on a rigid frame with no front suspension? Should that not be the technique to teach instead of compressing the fork to pop it up.
you just compress yourself instead. Stand tall and compress by bringing hips down to saddle - you cannot avoid bending your knees and elbows to do that, so that's your compression/preload. Then you move the hips back. It's a fast down-and-back motion. Check the how to manual video on my channel to help you with that if you want.
I dont think that yellow goes with the red. And is a ugly bike to me. And people have there own taste and most people might love that yellow and red. And I can not fault this vid really good when we are in lockdown. 👍
That is such a fire bike! This tutorial helped so much and I’m getting there!
I love that bike soo much 😂😂 learned to hold them a fair while yesterday could have done with this last week 😂
Elliot, break out the unicycle! C’mon man! Just got one for Jake, he’s riding 250s now and just got him on mountain bikes. Keep rippin’ it up!
What kind of pedals are you using? Flats or clipless?
0:49 that creak tho😂

Always feel like I’m lifting more to one side? What I’m I doing wrong, using my arms too much and not letting my rear weight lift the front wheel?
