I've watched loads of videos on attack position, but this was very clear and well done. Can't wait to see what other tips I can learn from Elliott, Thanks!
One of the best explanations I’ve seen so far. I’ve ridden park a few times and I tend to shif my weight towards the back most of the time which causes the leg for the foot riding back to fatigue right away and not feel any support on the leg of my dominant foot riding forward. Obviously my stance is all kinds of wrong and I’m planning to work on it ASAP following your guidance. Question though: is this body position applicable for riding all terrains especially steep descents at the park? Thanks in advance. Cheers!
Suggestion: Riding styles to improve on weak areas. For example when finishing a run, I get ankle & wrist muscle burn..!? My heels are dropped and my elbows and weight are in attack pos... So what could we do to eliminate any issues that could be causing it? Physical fitness, setting up my pos wrong for rough line, bike setup etc, not relaxing enough??
I used to get muscle burn in my thighs... Since I'm been getting my heels down my riding has improved... Especially noticeable on the climbs when you keep your elbows tucked in. However like you suggested... I get a burn in my ankles :/ I think the more I practice different positions the more I'll be able to utilise my entire body without (or with less) burn.
Nice video but requires subtitles. Or, even better yet, voiceovers. The microphone is positioned bad, there is echo, noise, and the accent of the host makes it very hard to comprehend what is he talking about. Esp. for non-native speakers
How to guides are really appreciated, especially when they come from a world class rider! Looking forward to the next one!

Any tips on bike setup for tall riders to help with body position? i.e. brake angles, stem height and length etc
