    1st year playing football in 7th grade and they put me at middle linebacker im super excited I’m not really that fast but I can hit and I have good coverage I think

    I am an 8th grader at 5'9 146lbs who can bench 155 deadlift 245 and squat 205 is that good for a line backer

    Thank you for this video I shall be doing these drills in the spring to increase the jvs linebackers speed I really like that chopping of the feet shuffle drill it's going to help my guys in changing of the direction. Keep it up I'll be 👀

    Hi, I'm from Chile. American football is played here, not as professional as in the US, but we are making progress on that.
    I'm starting as a Linebacker, but I still have a lot to improve, especially in aggressiveness.
    Any tips to be more aggressive as LB??

      The more you do film study and understand lineman blocks, the better you'll become as playing aggressive towards the line of scrimmage

    What type of schedule should I do casue I’m in school and it starts at like 8 but ends at 6

      Id recommend training at least 2x a week and the rest focus on football skill work. example is football practice during in season

      depends, if u play in like small school thenits an ok weight, but if u okay for a mid or a high division school, u gotta be like 205-230

      It all starts with the stance and start. Id focus on that before anything
