I used to wear a fitness tracker and thought it didnt work. It barely tracked any sleep at night. I always felt like a zombie. A year later I stopped working to take care of the family and now i sleep much better not worrying about how many hours of sleep i can get if i fall asleep right now. Now i feel alive. I think it was working i was just not sleeping.
Sometimes we push are self too much. That's why I'm guessing 65% or more of us are struggling with anxiety, depression, mental health issues. Some might need a person. Some might need a device to tell them to slow down. You know yourself the best.
