It does, it also deals more damage with normal attacks. Baus says he likes sorc shoes on tanks like Naut and Maokai as well because they have high base damage in their kit. He plays with Phase Rush often and is good at dodging skill shots so Merc Treads are less needed, and he gets plenty of Armor from the rest of his build

this guy can't cs at all (for challenger standards) he ints every time only reason this works is because of riots broken ass noob "comeback" mechanics that actually punish you for doing well early and funnel wayy too much gold back into feeders as long as they get some sort of objective
riot just overpatching a game that was fine into some stupid shit so inting like this degen does works as a legit strat as long as you get farm somehow
and the fact that the only way to level up is getting minion exp or jungle camps as jungler and kills get you like 1/30 worth of exp is INSANELY STUPID
look at plays of him like 23:00 how is this guy high elo he plays so bad misjudges every time just doesn't get punished for inting since the game is shit
