It is honestly disgusting how much Riot target nerfs him. They nerfed Sion 5 times then changed the items he built. He changed to Gragas. The champ got nerfed and the build he did. He played Volibear they nerfed the bear. He played Rammus, Riot nerfed Rammus. Like wtf leave the man alone.
I guess they want to stop "toxic" play style, since baus doesn't play the game "as intended". They fail to see that he's just abusing bounty system, it's not about champions he play. Support (cow didn't get money, but...) could get 2-3 items that would help too. - send 4-5 ppl to stop his push, when Kassadin would be fine alone (not like Rammus can kill him in one.. or even two W+E.. or at all, if under tower), and fed Kled could carry. League is way more interesting with players, champions and gameplays like that, when one needs to get right items. Right now ppl seem to want creative player to be punished, while those who do not want (or don't know how) to adapt to situation should (by losing games). It was similar story with Veigar before remake. Once You got good (extremely good) with using his stun blind, You could stomp over most *meta* players. Top ranking players (Bjergsen for example) were whining non stop on their streams - literally, but refused to buy Mercury's (or rush Banshee) vs Veigar. If opponent had Mercurys, Veigar needed Stun on lvl 3-5, to hit with his meteor (depends on movement speed/dash abilities/Veigar player latency). That is minimum character lvl 6, with other skills being lvl1 - so his damage would be low (slow wave clear, weak poke). Not to mention Irelia was stomping over Veigar, Galio (damage from MR), and Ryze could own him too (but they were not the champs ppl wanted to play) - all 3 before remakes.
Rammus is permanent max movespeed, you can't play the map when hes max movespeed with a jump and strong CC, you misposition once and you're instantly dead.
*if You are playing close to late game, with a squishy character, with relatively high attack speed, no MR, merc. shoes, qss. A character made to counter AD auto-attackers can kill AD auto-attackers..., if they don't gear up properly and get out of position... . I don't see a problem here. Akali, zed, talon, trynd., every assassin.. and ap amumu/malphite, etc., will do the very same thing, most of them even faster and easier. You can counter Rammus, but try, as ADC, counter any of those above. PS. Hey, I am playing a glasscannon "tank" character .. and ADCs are killing me in a few shots, nerf them!@@hkl2007

These people completely forget how to play the game. Saccing 3 waves and a camp's worth of tempo isn't worth solo killing a rammus (I guess twitch jg plays by diff rules but still). Every time they solokill him, their wave management sucks. What is a kill worth, two waves? Less against a high death target? Crazy idea. Rammus runs into you in the middle of the lane in the first 5 minutes. You get him low health. You can auto him and kill him. Or, you can leave him low health. Focus on the wave. Make him walk back to tower to back. 6 seconds to get back to tower, 6 seconds to back, what, 10, 20 seconds to get back to lane? That extra 12 or so seconds added by not killing him turns a lot of near missed waves into missed waves. When he comes back to lane his wave is pushing and you are back in time to stop him, meaning that he has to find a way past you. He'll probably try to clear the wave you're sitting on. It's hard juggling wave and him, but worst case scenario, you both proxy two waves and you back to clear him out. Maybe he gets a third, maybe not, but ideally he reduces the health of the minions and dies shortly after. You see the Kled in this game quickly clearing minions and allowing low health minions to survive, and these little things allow baus to stay in the game. The most dangerous points are where the kled is fed and baus is off an item spike. There's danger of the game running away from him. This is where kled transfers his lead quickly to the rest of the map, generating so much team gold that baus' relative strength will do nothing. Preventing baus from free farming and keeping him off that item spike will extend that window, and one can see kled abandoning his lane to transfer his lead, which allows baus free farm. Someone needs to cover top, or kled needs to put a higher priority on wave management, or baus' team needs to be baited top so that baus can't solo lane and kled can manage wave and impact team fights. Maybe baus goes bot. If its early enough, the adc gets fed off baus too, otherwise they happily perfectly cs. If baus' team comes bot for a juicy adc then he is in a disadvantageous position where he is dragging down his team. Ofc each scenario has so many varieties of options, but there are a lot of options to play against baus. For some reason tho, ppl don't play macro and play for kills. I'm not doubting the playstyle that got challenger korea. It is hard to play against. It seems to have every outcome be a positive one. However, it is, like every playstyle, one that hangs in a balance, which is why baus doesn't have a 100% winrate. Baus is still racing the enemy team for gold and xp, and there are ways to win that race, if you remember it is for resources and not kills.

His strategy requires constant pushing, overextending and proxying, which is a high risk strategy naturally to incur many deaths. He has a terrible start but he keeps getting the attention of the whole enemy team, so after mid game he provides a lot of opportunities to his team, plus he is super useful in teamfights. So with all due respect, unless he has personally admitted to inting, you're just accusing him of things you do not actually know whether they are true or not.
