Hi guys I'm so glad this video was so helpful to so many of you I do apologise I never made part 2 and also if you don't want your image flipped it it the opposite way love the support thanks guys
Hi thank you so much for sharing your idea, I always wanted to draw pictures like this. You are a blessing, can you please tell me the items you used the pepper and the pencil or charcoal name .
This video has slightly helped me but sorry if I am sounding dumb in one part I couldn't understand When you explain about the charcoal part- "Flip paper to have it in the same direction as your drawing" Like are you saying put the charcoal on the drawing and then later use the pen in the same page without flipping it over ? Sorry about that,I am starting my portrait that I am working on and I am a little confused by that part Hope you can clarify that part for me please : )
Thanks! I'm so glad I came across your video. I don't have transfer paper so the charcoal method is so convenient. I'm going to try this with my class! Is it possible to use wax paper instead of tracing paper? (I don't have large size tracing paper)
Carbon paper has a tendency to bleed through certain media and can be difficult to erase the lines to get them lighter. Charcoal or graphite is the way to go.

Hello, did you ever end up painting your drawing? Interested in seeing it. Love the drawing!
Excellent video! I use black pastel (or white pastel for dark back grounds) for the tracing. Pastel residue cleans easily with a damp paper towel.

Great video! If you don't want your image to be backwards you can put charcoal on the back side.
+akhathcock lol I know I mention that in the description I believe thanks for watching

I also heard hairspray can work as fixative, if you happen to not have none in hand
it can but it can also ruin your art and it is not acid free meaning it will turn yellow over time
Cool tip and Nice drawing!

Miley Belanger not everyone has carbon paper and this was useful as an alternative

ordinary typing carbon paper didn't work for me trying to put onto canvas. Been told I need ''Artist" type transfer paper.
