1. Rearranging of indoor furniture is not allowed.
2. No smoking inside the house. Designated smoking areas will be provided around the property.
3. Kindly wash all kitchenwares and dining utensils after use.
4. Please do not leave your valuables unattended. The management will not be responsible for any loss or damages to your personal belongings. A key will be provided for each room. Lost keys will be charged 300php each.
6. Please do no not litter anywhere in the property.
7. Strictly no pets allowed.

• Kindly avoid the use of thumbtacks, double sided tapes, and nails when sticking banners, posters, and balloons on the walls.
• Avoid the use of confetti, silly strings, party poppers, and the like.
