    COMMENTS:
This was my first time attempting to fully film a set with my Shure MV88, my other attempts were held back by the lack of the Shure, and therefore the sound quality wasn't great, but these recordings sound very solid even without any EQ or other bits of mastering. Definitely watch this video with Headphones because it's very quiet on speakers. I wanted to preserve the intimate feel of the actual performance with the sound, which is why I did nothing outside of the usual volume boosting so that it's not next to inaudible.
The video turned out looking fine, I originally had my phone set up by the mixing desk, but as people started to move away from the bar and towards the stage I thought it best to bring the phone up close as well so the view wouldn't get blocked eventually. This does result in a slightly more boomy sound, but it's still very clear to my ears. I also had to reposition slightly during Elsewhere because someone moved directly infront of my shot, but overall I'd consider this successful, and hope to record more shows this way in the future. Special thanks to the staff at Resonant Head for allowing me to do this, and for the artists who give this video their blessings.
As for the music? Simply gorgeous. Ken Pomeroy did her first set as part of a trio, the sound the three players made on their instruments was layered and detailed in such a way that shines best on the closing track, "Cicadas," which seems to be her most beloved song at the moment after being featured in the TV show Reservation Dogs. Yet her set has much more to offer. One of my favorites was a new song titled, "Coyote," which had a gorgeous and dynamic vocal performance that really captivated me. Hayden Pedigo also killed it. With just one guitar he was able to completely immerse me in his music, to the point where even the rattling caused by his guitar almost felt like a part of it. Unfortunately this rattling caused him to cut a song from the set, here's hoping if he comes back to OK he'll bless us with it. go check both of these amazing artists out now!

Hey there, it would more than likely immediately get taken down so I decided not to. That being said you can find the complete soundboard and many more Swans things in my archive:
