For those people who objecting that Kannada people supporting only there own language in their state than first let me clarify you that Kannada state follow 3 language policy. It means any avg. student of Karnataka learn Kannada, English and Hindi. Besides this many Kannada people know many southern languages also like Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil etc. Whenever you go to Karnataka you can very easily find any person who can communicate with you in your state language but if any avg Kannada guy come to your state he have to speak in English or in your state language. So at some points Kannada govt. take initiative to mandate the Kannada language at some places and fields so that they preserve their culture and their ancient language. Which I support it and also like to learn it but allotting reservation in private sector not only proof catastrophe for foreign investor in karnatka but entire India also. Also I don't like some politician who give stupid excuses for their failure like water shortage, infrastructure disaster or Great landfills due to northies etc or Unemployment in white collar jobs due to other state people doing job here is not make sense because those jobs are skill based. Hindi has totally been removed
Hindi can never be removed nor any of our national languages to be precise Hindi is one of our national languages and there are many others😇

And Kannada has no resemblance with Hindi.
There is no harm in learning kannada if you are in Karnataka every state has its own language.
