Sir ..where can I get the heating element for the soldering iron 878D..will Hakko A1321 fit on this iron..I have called soldron but they are asking to purchaase the total soldering iron unit SI878 which cost around 1440..they do not sell only the heating elemnt while Hakko does..please advise
No, Hakko will not fit in Soldron. Just buy any Heating Element from your Local Electronic Market and it will fit.

Hello Sir ..My Solderon 878D iron stopped working..The temperature is always coming down to 60 degree..The heating element looks good(did check resitance using multimeter)..Sir Please guid to repair it.

Got spoiled in less than 6 months. The fuse keeps blowing off. Looks like the transformer is short I couldn't find any other components spoiled

There's usually an thermocouple in the hot air blower that monitors the temperature of the heating element and maintains the set temperature. If the heating element got burned as result of heating than that means that the thermocouple is absent or the product is garbage at maintaining the temperature. The set temperature must be preserved regardless of the air flow. If it doesnt than the product is garbage and a working fire hazard!!! Moreover I was hoping for a better product, as this is a bit expensive than the chinese smd rework station!!

@@TechnicalGuideji Yup! I was not criticizing your video just the product. Your videos on soldering were quite helpful :) The product is quite overpriced with very less features. I would have taken my words back if the product was a bit cheaper :)

Sir when we soldering our module or iot they start malfunction .but when we do with jumper wire means no solder they work properly.we have tried more than 10 times.
Don't know what mistake we see doing in soldering.
Either module run fir 5 min and stop.

If we solder our componnet like rtc iot module they malfunction, But if we do with jumper wire they work properly.
Means after solder IC are not working properly

@@TechnicalGuideji sir first i tell there no completly indian manufacture in india which manufacture complete raw material and assembled it here we only assembled raw material an write on it made in india it is our unfotunate no one know when we are completly independant in all sector. And also this smd rework station too much expensive as well average quality comparing with Quick 851A which priced @ 1850

@@TechnicalGuideji I think that is only in India because of import Duty. Very good Hakko soldering irons are worth the equivalent of Rs 12000 in America and Rs 15000 in Singapore
