Iv had mine for a while and really like them 100% my favorite earbuds/headphones iv ever had I just came to find out if they where waterproof so I could use them in the shower so this helped a lot only downside is the rubber ring falls off easy
Love,love,love your video. Concise and to the point. I'm just now rating and subscribed because I had an older JLab pair and wanted to upgrade and your video surely sold me on getting a pair. I never get much of anything for myself as I have 4 boys and they always come first😇.....so.......I decided I was going to get me a pair as a Christmas gift to myself. About a week later, I was at the car wash not knowing the wind was as strong as it was and upon turning my head to go chase a towel that was blowing away, one of the buds fell out and guess where it went? You guessed it! Right down the drain because this dummy here was still I the wash stall when towel drying my car instead of pulling out like any normal human would...lol! I've been mad at myself every since but it's ok. I take it as God's way of telling me, 'Ronda.....you don't need them my sweet child!" So......I'm officially a 'one budded" woman! But hats off to you for this video as I needed it very much, and to you......many blessings!

Bought these on sale for $40 about a month ago.
After a week left earbud stopped working, I did a hard reset (search youtube) ever since then no problems.
Sound is excellent, connection is strong.
Highly recommended.

I have both the Epic Air ANC and the JBuds ANC and after using both reguarly for the past 2 weeks, I came to the conclusion that the JBuds ANC, in my opinion, sounds better, gets louder than, and actually has better ANC performance due to sealing off more of the ear canal, than the Epic Air ANC. The Epic has customizable settings which I dont need, the default controls and JLab signature EQ is good enough and I dont particular care about ear detect or wireless charging, due to the attached USB cable, so at there current price point of $99 and $69, I think the JBuds are the better buy.

Don't buy this bullshit
After purchasing my first pair of buds I was surprised to find such Small start up manual which didn’t help but only got more confusing each time I went over it. It gives the web sight for more detailed instructions which I used and found the same identical info as in the dinky little fold card included with the buds. It seems that companies take for granted thinking everyone’s familiar with how everything works and understands their terminology and abbreviations. Granted it’s probably a small percentage of the market but still don’t make it right.
What? You charge in the box or out? Does the box hold a charge? When charging Do the lights flash blue, white or what? Yea all the information I need, just to place them on the shelf and not use them thanks.
I have had these for 1 day and totally love them! But there are 2 things that I'm down on..First is the lady saying what mode(s) are in when the change is made is virtually unhearable unless you go to a quiet place when making the adjustment..Such as being outside and switching to ANC, you can't hear her announce the switch to it...And although I'm getting used to it, the buttons are almost too delicate and such as turning up the volume, but instead pausing the song..
Now for good advice..In order for the presets to work properly, your phone set for sound should be set for standard Normal..Not Rock, Pop, Jazz, etc, otherwise buds and the music playing seriously argue with each other..It took me awhile to figure it out as to why the Bass Boost was so wimpy..My phone was set to Pop and as soon as I switched to Normal, the Bass came right in..Not even Customizing on your phone works properly..Best to set your phone settings to Normal...
Perfect example what I’m trying to say, glad I’m not the only one. However I wouldn’t of ever found the conflict between device and buds setting like you mentioned. Personally I would expect that to be in the users manual but then their little fold card would have to be much larger oh we can’t have that. So they sit on the shelf unused, ty jlab.

I'm confused... within 3 days i bought three different pairs of jlabs true wireless earbuds so i could compare: i bought the GO AIR TRUE WIRELESS EARBUDS, the JBUDS AIR ANC TRUE WIRELESS EARBUDS, and the EPIC AIR ANC TRUE WIRELESS EARBUDS. Though i like everything about the $99 ones better than the other two, why do the $99 ones sound worse than the $69 ones???!!! The $69 one sound WAY better than the $99 ones. Except the $69 ones are uncomfortable. Why don't the $99 ones have 12mm drivers? They'd sound better. I compared all of them on the same settings. NC off, full volume, and on the bass boost settings, with the same song, same volume on the music device, etc. I'm super disappointed that the $99 sound WORSE than the $69 dollar ones. The $99 ones sound like the $30 ones except SLIGHTLY louder -- but they have the same DULL non-clear tone. No bass, no high end. It makes no sense that the most expensive ones don't sound the best. Also the CASE one the cheapest one is the best form factor -- so much easier to deal with. The cases for the $69 and $99 ones are huge and clumsy. The ONLY benefit to the $99 ones is the pause when removing, and the more comfortable form factor. Shouldn't a $99 set of premium earbuds sound BETTER, if not the SAME as the $69 earbuds?? Also, what's with the MASSIVE sync issue with audio/video?! Whether in movie or music mode, there's UNACCEPTABLE misalignment. My jaybird x3 don't do it. I wanted to buy the set of jlabs just for work, but this is hugely disappointing.

What the hell..? First of all they are NOT cheap. Mine costed me about 100$ and they have pretty good sound quality. You must be buying some fake ones!
