I needed a trolley for my Laser dinghy so I decided to make one.
I used 30x30x2mm and 50x30x2mm galvanized steel tube for the frame, also some 18x2mm stainless tube and 8mm stainless steel rod. I already had all this in the workshop, the only thing I had to buy was the wheels.
During the video, on the top right corner of the screen, you can see highlighted in orange on the 3D model, the part of the trolley that I'm working on at that particular time.
On the last part of the build I will show all the drawings with all the correct dimensions that I used to make the trolley.

Great videos, thank you for sharing. Quick questions is that 20x20x1.6 un-galvanised steel?

Hi Great videos, thanks. My trolley is in need of some attention (back has collapsed 😮) I was going to email to grab the plans if that’s okay but I couldn’t find a way of contacting you. What is the best way. Thanks
