Unfortunately you had the old plane. Their newer planes have a 2-2 business class with alot more. Please do try one of their newer aircraft.

@@NavigatoTravels yeah, because i flew business class on a 1hr flight and i got the old seats, but it still was pretty comfortable, the bad thing was that the leather cover on the seat was coming off and there were no ife screens per seat.

Hello Noel,
In august last year I flew to the new Istanbul airport. It is a lot more spacious and is absolutely huge. I flew from stansted with another turkish airline called atlas global. They do have a business class but the only thing is they have no screen. Business class food is exquisite with massive comfortable seating and first class service. I reccomend it!

If I was not smart, I would not like Turkish airlines. But I flew TK most of the time and I fly it every year. There service improves every time.

Hi Noel: are business class seats full lay flat seats? Doesn't look like it. Turkish changed the schedule and planes on me. Looks like I"m no longer getting the lay flat experience. Thanks
Lie-flat seats are available on longer flights
Some inter-Euro aircraft from Turkish have the "real" business class concept; I just can't figure out exactly which.

Liam G Not always. Some are restricted to specific ticket classes. Some can be accessed via PriorityPass or pay at the door or with LoungeBuddy.

As from my experience you need to be star alliance gold a mile member to enter it or elite plus member ... or just fly Turkish airlines business class .

I did flight with Turkish airlines from Heathrow to Istanbul and Istanbul to Heathrow,I can easily say my experience wasn’t good both flights I had problems with with my entertainment system (behind the seats)aircraft’s weren’t new and meals far away from Turkish airlines quality,I can say Turkish airlines good for short flights but I wouldn’t choose for long hauls
so what in the word did you do in kiev?

I don't understand people who eat on short flights. Just because they offer and it's free doesn't mean you have to. Any half decent restaurant on land offers 10 times better food.

In alot of asian countries especially south east, they just wear one when they are sick. Or traveling in general to avoid getting sick.
I guess nowadays though its normal.....
