I'm so happy that Kara didn't retire. Also Florida with Selena will definitely be higher in the rankings than it was in 2025 (and that's not even mentioning Skye Blakely and Kayla DiCello)
She’s an in state walk on so it makes sense that she would want to finish out her college and gymnastics career in front of her friends and family in her home state at a top program. Also I think with some more time surrounded by these coaches and this program, she’ll be developed even further into a usable gymnast that will add depth to the LSU lineups
Does anyone know why Lindenwood has so many athletes that are transferring? And what made Selena Harris transfer to Florida from UCLA and Mati Waligora transfer to Arkansas from Alabama? Was Waligora's transfer because of graduate school?
Lindenwood got rid of their gymnastics team so all the athletes had to find new schools if they wanted to continue. Selena got dismissed from UCLA, it was never public why tho. No clue about Waligora
Florida now breaks even with Kayla Dicello out and injured. They also lost Skye Blakey so they are going to be way under what they could have been this year unfortunately

The linesups for florida and lsu are gonna be stacked
I'm sad that Skylar Killough-Wilhelm is leaving UW but she'll do well in Kentucky!
California schools are being prevented by our charters from offering the best athletes "payments" will be interesting to see if that changes.
Can’t believe Kathryn Weilbacher went from bowling green not the best school to lsu which one the most recent national championship

@@vivsagworld246 Oh okay, I remember now seeing an article of Lindenwood discontinuing their gymnastics program.
Mati is doing her Masters at Arkansas
I somehow missed that Wallagora was going to Ark, very excited to see her there!!
I’m surprised Kara esker is back to gymnastics I though she was retired and done after 2022
With Selena on the team I think Florida will win. But Oklahoma and LSU will make it close

@@edwardmiller3308 I am hoping Skye or Kayla will be back on an event or two but we will see but agreed they would be much better with them
When does the ncaa season begin?
Early January 2025
Not soon enough!
I thought Kara Eaker retired
Kara was announced as being back about a month ago. I'm happy her mental health is in a better place to allow her to get back to doing what she loves.
She did. She’s back
