Regarding your sciatica pain, I also had severe sciatica for more than a year and finally booked an appointment with my chiropractor. After 4 adjustments the pain was completely gone. It's been more than a year and I've had zero issues.
I would recommend finding a good chiropractor and that's all you should need!
