air valve diameter? it's common like bike or car... but i think on a 4 pro there is no inner tube, just a valve, so you need tubless air valve for scooter.

The same as original tire, 8.5" some tag them as 9".. but that's the outer radius, the inner I don't know.

Just put the tire in the microwave for like 5 minutes and then with some gloves take it out and put it on the wheel I did that with bare hands no tools and it worked pretty easily
