@@natl2042 sounds like he did it to get a new pair of shoes :) he said he wore some old ones and swapped them for the bowling shoes because he thought they'd be cool to wear. Alas, no traction 😂

starbie barista here: any cold foam is gonna be heavy cream and 2% based, there isn't a good way to get oatmilk to foam up the way a cream does. You can still ask for it, it will just not be foamy and more bubbly lol, depends on the store to do it! AND the pumpkin spice sauce has some dairy in it too so be careful with PSL launch !

Zach mentioning the Try-sorority made me wonder - what are the ethics of offering a Try Guys summer internship and having college kids "rush" for it in lieu of a formal application? If it worked out, this could be a reoccurring once a year event.

Also I would just like to contribute my best bowling story which was the fact that senior year of high school, like a good theatre kid, I still had one remaining gym credit to do. So I did an online bowling course through BYU, but that meant I had to bowl 15 games over the course of the semester. So one day my mom and I went to the bowling alley, rented a lane for an hour and I just bowled 10 games in a row 😂😅

I volunteer to speak on sorority and rushing 🙋🏼♀️ I have a pretty unique story. Was picked for a chapter freshman year. Denied them. Then recruited sophomore year without rushing.
I did the meet and greet at Legends of the Internet in Atlanta and how Zack felt with the Jonas Bros is pretty much exactly how I felt lol

Ok I don’t know about in the states, but in Canada when you ask for matcha cold foam, you’re asking for the vanilla sweet cream to be foamed with matcha in it, so it is dairy unless you specifically ask for oat foam which isn’t great cause it doesn’t foam up as nicely!
I went to college about an hour away from Keith and Becky (EIU), and our lacrosse team was also known for hosting some banger parties. They had a bong that was so tall I had to stand on a platform in order to use it. I know they did play against other schools' lacrosse teams, but it was more of an intramural sport than an official sport sponsored by the university. My favorite parties were hosted by the various theatre houses and the improv troop (made up of mostly the same people).
I mean, as of now, I am always on the look where the Plog is going. It's been my favorite lately!! Super interesting!! 🎳
I’m so bad at bowling it’s actually impressive. One time someone tried to teach me how to put spin on the ball, and instead it flew out of my grip, bounced over the bumper (which was naturally up), and rolled straight down the gutter. I got a gutter ball with the bumpers up.
Everyone is screaming and this is pure chaos😂

i find stuff like Alabama rushing really frustrating as someone who was in a sorority at a smaller school. it paints a bad narrative of Greek Life when it’s not the case everywhere. But i did go to national convention and meet bigger chapters - some definitely only want you to be rich, hot, and popular lol. My sorority is the 2nd largest in the country, the average size was 275 nationally per chapter, but mine had 50 total girls. completely different experience. We weren’t even allowed to use the word rushing because there’s a negative connotation associated to it - we’d say “what made you want to go out for recruitment” or “find your home”
My favorite memory of bowling in my 20's is that 1) there was cheap alcohol and 2) since you pay by the hour, when you get close to the end of your time we would do what we called "speed bowling" and we would try our best to either finish a game or do one more game by going as fast as you can, within reason. It's a good laugh since you are more likely to be absolutely terrible. 😀
To answer Zach's "Why do people watch this". I will say, given the despair vibes of humanity right now, the Plog is THE ONLY thing that is able to break through the darkness and remind me to seek out joy and laughter. BIG LOVE to the sensitive folks who are drowning in hyper empathy and struggling to remember we aren't in it and need to keep going. In the end its friendship, laughter, love, and the little joys like a ChaChaSlide that are the most important. Trypod is my depressybesty support system always but right now, it's like fking meds you can't take too much of. THANK YOU for doing what you do. I don't know if you realize the impact you accidentally have on people's lives.
Try guys try sorority recruitment would actually be so good. You could have the guys and friends all rush like 4 “houses” and you can go through the pressures of looking nice saying the right things and then being disappointed by a house you loved dropping you. It really is an emotional rollercoaster that makes girls question themselves and for me brought out a lot of insecurity

I work at Starbucks and matcha cold foam is ONLY made with dairy sweet cream. Unless specifically requested, even if the drink is made with an alt milk, any added foam is dairy. The non dairy milks we get are not made with foaming in mind
