That’s the best magic circle I’ve ever seen. So easy.
😊
I'm going to have to make some for Bella! She *LOVES* crochet things to play with and carry around. She also loves stealing the kitchen scrubby LOL. Last night she stole a paper towel off the kitchen counter and slept with it! LOL (It was clean)
hahahaha ahhhh! Yes, she'll like these, not too heavy and very squishy 😊
Is Bella a cat or a child? LOL.
@@AmieDeLalla She is a cat
Those scrubbies are adorable
Thank you for watching Brenda 😊
We own a few rentals and we like to give new tenants a little welcome basket with household products, and of course crocheted dish cloths. I will add these cheery little scrubbies to the baskets too. Thanks Jayda!
What a lovely idea!
Thanks for sharing!!! Have a good night!!
Thank you Traci, you too!
These are adorable little scrubbies. Definitely going to make some of these for myself and my daughters. Thank you for this quick tutorial. 💜🙏🏻

Thanks, Jayda! I kept seeing Christmas tree ornaments in this scrubby. (snowflake center).
Gee! Done in sparkle yarn or thread, they'd be really cute little ornaments!
How cute! Love ❤️ this ❤️ thanks Ms J!!
Thank you Cherry! 🤗

Happy Friday Michele! You’re so welcome 😊
What a delightful little project! Thanks a lot, Jayda!!
Thank you Janet! 😊
These are so cute! Thank you!
Thank you Cynthia! 😊
Cute! And I've used shout colour catchers to good effect. I put them in when I wash new stuff in case of colour runs. Tee hee they work, a red bandanna snuck into a light coloured load, Luckily, I had put a colour catcher in there because it ran.
Good to know they work so well!
Great Little Project.
Thank you Diane 💗
Very nice
Love these, will definitely be making some!! Thank you for sharing!❤
Thank you for watching 😊
This is a great idea Jayda. I want to ask you if you can show us how to crochet the Jasmine stitch? I would love to learn that stitch
Hi Elaine, thank you for the suggestion!
@@JaydaInStitches You are welcome. I'm sure lots of people don't know about the Jasmine stitch. I just saw someone on a 1 minute video here on RUclips, but, it wasn't long enough for me to see how it's done. I knew if anyone could show how it's done, it would be you. You are the best on RUclips.
@@elaineriley4863 I’m just learning myself. Many full length tutorials out there. You’ll do great.
These would make adorable bridal shower favors.
Excellent idea! Yes, I'd love to get something like this as a favour at a shower 😊
Nice!
I switched to a 5mm hook when I was joining
With a pattern like this, you can really play with the hook size to get a nice tight stitch 😁
love theses scrubbies . can you please share of blanket pattern which is on chair with blue n grey color , I think it is blanket or shawl
Hi! That's the Primrose Stitch. I made that during a live stream a while back and here is the tutorial for the stitch: ruclips.net/video/Z0XnRilveM4/видео.html
I have a quick question about the calendar blanket for this year??!
What to do for some of the months 😕 I am jewish soo I don't celebrate valentines day... Halloween...Xmas... Easter... st. Patricks day...... so idk what I would do for those months i could do January because snowflakes are ok!
I'm kinda stuck
I did 🍎 for February because this year we celebrated a day for the trees Tu Bish'vat / a birthday for the trees! Anyway I wanted to know if it can be multiple colors?
Because idk what its supposed to look like? + its hard coming up with ideas for different months....hope this isn't complicated thanks for all ur hard work!! 💜
Hi Ray! You can certainly use multiple colours, reuse images (like the snowflake) and I'm sure you'll find much of what we're doing this year has some fun variations 😉 We're all about surprises here....just saying! 😁💗 Also, we've already got a new pattern that you could use (if you felt it was suitable for someone or yourself) our Awareness Ribbon graph and pattern (available for free on our website: jaydainstitches.com/workshop.php ) you can also sub or add this one anywhere along this year too!
How about some with 💕 hearts in the center?
Love the idea!
THANK YOU I NEEDED THISSS! Btw pls make a tutorial on how to make a rainbow version of it! Without the star I would appreciate it !
Hi! You can make the whole thing in a single colour which will remove the star-affect from the centre and you can use rainbow variegated yarn for a multi-colour look 😊 Thank you for watching!
@@JaydaInStitches okay thank you! But can you try to crochet Olivia Rodrigo crumbl cookie? If not I can try myself!
I just have a quick question. I don't have a crochet room or table to do my projects on so I have to hold my work as I go. My work is pulling by the time I'm done and looks like it's couple years old. How do I stop this, any suggestion?
I meant pilling not pulling...lol
Hi! Whether you work at a table, on your lap or in the air, pilling is caused by too much rubbing of the yarn on itself or against other fabrics. You'll see a lot of this with hats and mitts, especially after a long winter. There are likely a few factors affecting the pilling of your work:
1. if you have to frog or take out your work a lot due to errors, that will cause excess rubbing on the yarn and it might want to pill
2. if you're rubbing the work a lot against your jeans or against a blanket on your lap, that might want to get it pilling
3. the quality of the yarn you're using has a lot to do with how much it will pill. "Cheaper" yarn that's loosely spun tends to pill quicker than tightly wound yarn, mercerized yarn, or some fibers like wool. ANY yarn will pill if it's rubbed enough! I use a lot of Bernat Handicrafter cotton for my dishcloths and scrubbies (like here) and it's a fairly cheap cotton yarn (plus it's often the only cotton I can get locally), so it does not have a tight spin. It will pill much quicker than cotton blends, mercerized cotton or cotton with an excellent wind (like Lion Brand 24/7). Having said that, I find the Handicrafter to be a great "work" cotton and it stands up to dishwashing for a long time and doesn't tend to pill while it's working (and wet!).
@Jayda InStitches thank u so much I use alot of 💯 acrylic yarn. Red heart cause it's easily accessible to me. I have to work with it in my lap, it just looks awful. I can't afford the more expensive brand and I haven't work with much cotton except lily's and cream. Thank u soooo much for taking time to help me.
Very cute ❤
Thank you Elle! 😊
hi jayda im from the uk coming to toronto soon for my husbands work could you give me any advice on who to buy yarn from, what is a good shop really appreciate your help saves me stuffing my suitcase with yarn thanks
Hi Debra, I'm not terribly familiar with any independent yarn stores in Toronto or the area, however, if it's more the Red Heart, Bernat and Lion Brands that you're looking for (mainly what we use here on the channel) I can recommend Michael's Craft Stores (they're a chain), some Walmarts (not all have a decent yarn section), Lens Mills (they're outside of the city but they're a great place to visit), and if you find a V&S department store, they often have a great "old school" vibe to them and a wall of yarn 😁
Hi!
Hi!
Is it hard to add Color’s to 2c2
Jada I just crochet this how do I post it?
Hi Diana! You can share photos with us at our JaydaInStitches Etsy Shop (it's private and you don't need an account!)
I have a question about the calendar blanket for this year?? I send a message to your Instagram! Thanks
Hi Ray! We don't often get to Instagram (like once every 6 months 🤣) better to leave any project questions here in the comments or over at our Etsy Shop (link in description) 😊
@@JaydaInStitches ok thx
She looks like she has cannabis eyes. LOL. Maybe just sleepy.
Sjogren's Syndrome, actually. One of it's very annoying side effects is constant dry, (and irritated therefore red) eyes. Maybe cannabis would help 🤣🤣🤣
@@JaydaInStitches oh I highly recommend cannabis. I’m medical too. Gut issues.
