- With ex-servicemen planning to hold a nationwide protest against the government for delay in implementing the OROP (one-rank one-pension) scheme, we ask what roadblocks is the government facing in implementing the scheme. Under the scheme demanded by ex-servicemen the same pension has to be paid to retired personnel of the same rank after serving for the same duration and this should be irrespective of the date of retirement. (Auto in Hindi)

नेता जब पांच साल में रिटायर होने पर अच्छा पेंशन लेता है।उसी प्रकार अग्नि पथ में चार साल बाद रिटायर जवानों को भी जीवन भर अच्छा पेंशन मिले नेताओं के जैसे तो जवानों को आर्मी चुनाव में भाग लेने में कोई तकलीफ़ नहीं होगी।

बख्शी साहब से पूछा जाये की अभी उनके घर में कितने नौकर एवं गाडियां हैं।जब ये सर्विस में थे तब कम से कम बीस सैनिकों को बन्धुवा मजदूर की तरह से रखते थे और तीन चार गाड़ियां रखते थे ।जिनका खर्चा भारत सरकार वहन करती थी। अब इनको सर्विस में रहते हुए जो मलाई खाई थी उसकी याद आ रही है और वो अब मिलने वाली नहीं है । इनको पुछिए , क्या बीएसएफ और आईटीबीपी एलऒसी पर नहीं रहती है।सो इतना भेदभाव क्यों।

The Arm force service and Para military services (.both the service ) are risk of life and same .There should not be any discrimination in said service in finance and for all purpose . It is time for not delay and presently it is need for amendment of pension rule . The service of Army & Paramilitary are not value in all respect by any Sarkar . There is lot of difference in pension -Rule of India Government .For ie. The qualifying service of P.M. and MLA for pension is only 5 years where as jawans qualify service for pension is more than 10 years . T he Airmen served nine years (less than 10 or 15 years ) in defense service are disqualify for pension and there are sufferer till date .Their cases are hanging in court till date and Present sarkar are requested to settle the pension matter (OROP) without any delay as they settle the PENSION matter of M.P. Of INDIA INDIA GOVT. & State GOVT. Settle For MLA .

No brother my brother took retirement from BSF at just 18 years because he was facing severe problems in his knees which was injured in BSF on duty inspite of which he didnt get pension. How can it be justifyed where as my another brother is getting pension just after serving only 17years in army and that's to 25 thousand per month. And he got another civil job of clerk after retirement. And the one who served in BSF is very much frustrated of why he served in BSF as he don't have any thing left in his hand to spend in his life

In his memorandum of declaration he promised to pay OROP to defence personnel irrespective of post and pay. with out seeing and judging the complexities of the pension problem he agreed to pay OROP to all. As he had to come in power. Now his wishes is over that's why is doing drama. A man in the post of Prime Minister can not say it has lots of complexities. What for you are. You have to solve or leave the post. You are capable therefore you deserve. In all sentences you say what others have not done I have done. Then solve this problem and say I have done this.

भारतीय सैन्य व्यवस्था मे दो वर्ग है :-
1 अधिकारी वर्ग जिसमे सभी commissioned officers आते है
2. दूसरा वर्ग है ORS जिसमें वो सभी आते है जो ऑफिसर नहीं है।
3. सैन्य व्यवस्था में सेना के तीनों भाग जल थल और नौसैना मै कार्यरत सिर्फ दो ही वर्ग है OFFICERS एवं ORS
4. ORS आज भी अछूत श्रेणी है । ऑफिसर आज भी ORS का शोषण अपना अधिकार समझ करते है।
5. रिटायर्ड होने के बाद भी इनकी मानसिकता इतनी संकीर्ण होती है कि पूरे जीवन भर इससे बाहर नहीं निकल पाते।
6. मुफ्त खोरी की आदत से ये स्वम को नहीं निकाल पाते और रिटायर्मेंट के बाद भी इनकी निगाहे सरकारी फंडिंग पर रहती है जो सैनिको के
नाम पर लिये जाते है।
7. अगर कोई पूर्व सैनिक (ORS) ये सोचता है कि अफसर उसका शुभ चिन्तक है वो सिर्फ इतना जान ले की वो बदंर पर भरोसा कर बिल्ली के रूप मे रोटी का इंतजार कर रहा है।
8. अफसर सिर्फ अफसर होता है और जवान सिर्फ जवान। सरकार से जब कभी ग्रांट लेनी हो तो अफसर अपने आप को जवान कहता है।
9. ESHS और CSD में सिर्फ अधिकारी वर्ग ही नहीं इनकी घरवालियो पर भी व्यवस्था मेहरबान रहती है।
10. अगर civil services या किसी अन्य उपक्रम में अधिकारियो को गलती से किसी ORS को रिपोर्ट करनी पड़ जाय जो (वर्तमान मे ORS एक अफसर है) तो ये बात कभी भी उसको स्वीकार्य नहीं है। जी हाँ जनरल वीके सिंह को अगर किसी मंत्री को रिपोर्ट करनी पड़े ओर पता चले की मंत्री हवलदार या सूबेदार था तुरंत त्याग पत्र दे देगा। एक बार ये कल्पना करे कि नितिन गडकरी एक रिटायर्ड हवलदार था बिना कुछ देरी किए जनरल वीके सिंह अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे चुका होता
जी हाँ मुद्दा सिर्फ पैंशन का नही है। सरकारी सेवा के सभी उपक्रमो मै वेतन ओर भत्तो का तथा पेंशन के मुद्दो पर अफसर और
तृतीय श्रेणी के कर्मचारी अपनी अपनी यूनियन की मार्फत करते है।
सेवाकाल के दौरान ORS के भविष्य का फैसला अफसरों के हाथों में होता है और किसी को चू चा करने की हिम्मत तो क्�

Consciously if every one thinks it may be applicable to with less Service below the age of 45 yrs but every body is selfish in nature and God is created the human being wants sre more as long as their alive. Bakshi jahib BSF jawans and officers till 60 years climb the High altitude and rather forced . SO what if army jawans at the age of 35 climb the hills of patiyala post or siyachin also BSF jawans " Kali Thodi baitthen hai" pay leke . They work under very unenviable conditions . How many years once the army fights war. . There are officers of army in different branches never ever seen even the international border and are getting OROP.
The solution to PM Modi is increase the age of retirement of Army Jawans to 55 years and Stop these OROP business . It is a national waste. as of now . Only when the full fledged war starts just pay them war allowance .
