You can buy rising/extending coffee tables that are more comfortable to eat at.
Just a thought: as this appt is quieter do you really need to record in the closet? If yes, could you move your folding chair with your new side table into the far kitchen closet when needed- hang a noise muffling curtain on a removable rod and add puck lights under the shelf if needed??
Re: a couch....have you seen YT'ers Mr Kate's new 'affordable' quality furniture line? They have studio-appropriate pieces including a sectional that can be added to as you get more space. You may even get inspiration from some of their makeovers! 🤷‍♀️

The baby hairs can happen because of heat tools! Like straightener and using that to curl hair it causes breakage so just be careful when curling your hair. I've noticed using a curly wand is better because there is no pulling on the hair when curling it!

Toxic positivity is real and true, so many people ignore it. I am glad more and more people are noticing this. I’ve seem so many youtubers and media type people talk about being positive and not hate and than they go about hating someone by making fun of them or reposting rumors about others and honestly it makes me not want to watch and follow... I know they probably don’t know they are doing it or they just choose to not care but it’s pretty bad and people get dragged into it without knowing.
Being positive to me, listening to both sides of the story. Always lifting others up and not down. Actually showing and careing about people’s feelings. Instead of always talking negative about a topic or something be positive by talking about the good parts more and less about the negative parts. Help someone’s with a solution give them a few things to think about positively.

I love your videos your one of my favorites! May I just make a suggestion? I think some natural materials would warm the apartment up. Like changing out the white desk for a wood desk and a small wood table and chairs or even glass or tile... some texture. Just fir some warmth. The coffee table that raises up into a dining table is a great idea. Some folding stools that can tuck into somewhere for extra seating.
And some unexpected color pops. Like bright blue, orange, chartreuse....etc. be it a lamp shade or maybe some floating shelves... a vase....a throw pillow....
I love your space and your fabulous though!

  • @ashlovesyou98

I would definitely suggest a hair oil when damp and a heat protectant before styling. Also, be aware of the temperature you're using your hot tools on. It doesn't need to be super hot. nothing above 400. Super tight High ponys can be a thing too, so just be aware when you're sleeping with one or taking it out! and of course, professional shampoo and conditioner really do make a difference. Hope this helps😊

For the string of pearls, since you have east (morning)/northeast light, I would put it as close to one of the windows as possible. They do best when they get as much bright light as possible on the top of the pot. A little morning sun will not burn it. I would recommend getting a hook to install hang it right in front of your largest windows. If you put it over by the mirror, it will not get enough light.

Anything I found that would help my baby hairs stay down was only a short term solution and they’d stick back up in an hour. The only thing that really helped me was preventing breakage abs lessening the baby hairs I had. I had to stop putting my hair in tight high ponytails or buns and go with a low and looser pony. Eventually, I had less breakage.

For the short hairs in the front try and not pull your hair back in tight ponytails buns. That will prevent breakage in the first place. You can use clips to clip your hair back to keep it out of the way. For flys away I would you a medium hold hair spray.
