Everything looked amazing as always. Though minor thing, the ramen broth is pronounced tohn-koh-tsu, not tohn-kah-tsu. Ton is pork, kotsu is bone, and pronouncing as tonkatsu is fried pork, which is also delicious but a very different dish. Just notes for future ramen endeavors, keep up the great work chef!
And then me finishing the video and seeing you say it right at the end, you knew, s you said, excited word mashing. I do it too, all good, love what you do!

I don't know Matt Patt's theory on the Naruto run, but I have my own theory. Being an anime, they are running fast enough that their arms, completely relaxed, are dragging behind them. No wasted muscle effort in the arms, complete focus on the legs and torso area for speed and mobility. Being trained as ninjas they can react to use their arms when needed, but until then they just hang loose, or at least using only minimal effort as they are focused on achieving speed.
Probably not the best explanation of my theory but that is pretty much it in a nutshell.

also fun show fact the ramen guys daughter at one point wanted to change their menu from ramen to an item that keeps the soup and ramen separated. as you imagine naruto had a big problem with this. also the ramen guy and his daughter are one of the few people who know Kakashi's real face.
The Naruto run is meant to leave your arms free to use weapons and not have you in an unreactable motion while moving.

Naruto's style of martial arts (particularly in Boruto 65) is mostly Wing Chun!

Obviously Naruto himself can kind of get away with the ramen-heavy diet because of his lifestyle heavy on physical activity...at least in his youth. But in the long run, and during his Hokage years, one would assume that he would have to increase the vegetable ratio on everything, right? And I guess Hinata is probably cooking way more veggie side dishes at home. But even that wouldn't stop the same kind of sodium/cholestrol problems as constant consumption of sausages has. On the other hand, apparently miso is like to salt as tea is to caffeine, in how our bodies apparently can process it much better thanks to the other natural parts of those ingredients. Still, I wonder if the generation of people in Japan that grew up on a heavier ramen diet do have health issues now in their old age.
That's awesome, I thought it definitely had Kung Fu influences but I didn't know it was specifically Wing Chun. I have a few years of Choy Li Fut under my belt and I've always been interested in Wing Chun.

Suggestion: Try the dishes from the recent anime series 'Otaku Elf'. Almost every episode surprisingly has a new food that the characters eat.

Try relaxing your arms, if you keep them stiff it will hurt your back and stuff.
When I wear a jacket or if my clothes have pockets I always keep my hands in them whenever I run, but my shoulders are relaxed so I don't feel any injury.
Don't care what people think, I don't got the energy to swing my arms around like I'm Tarzan.

@@CHEFPKR I am here for 5 days vacation. You might be interested in Hippari Tako Meshi ekiben. A train bento in the shape of octopus trap ceramic pot. You eat the meal, cold dashi rice with Tako tentacles, shredded egg, sliced mushrooms and a surprise at the bottom of the pot. 😀

I think naruto running works because of two reason 1 if they bold they're kunays they will n9t accidentally scratch themselves and 2. Most ninja tools are in a backup on theyre back so it's more accesitable

NARUTO RUNNING IS ACTUALLY A THING, it’s for running while balancing. Like you hold your arms out to the side to balance and they go back when you run to move with your center of gravity. I coach ninja warrior classes like Coach Greg, I mainly coach kidos though.
