Love the story about the wolves at the end. After a very difficult day at work this practice and the story was much needed. I choose peace, joy, truth and freedom! Namaste.

Loved this!! Was feeling distracted and unsettled before stepping onto my mat and feel totally content and calm now. It helped me to focus on the present moment and take a break from any worry and frustration. The story at the end....wow. It is a favorite that I now plan to repeat to myself when needed. I’ve heard that point before, but put into those words it really became a lightbulb moment for me. Thank you so much. Very much enjoyed this! 🙏

Every day i fight with my inner voices. ADHD and anxiety make it hard for me to filter them out most of the time and I was wondering if you might have some tips for me? Practice so far has helped me a lot already but I often notice how after a while my thoughts devolve back into chaos. Thank you so very, very much for helping me this far already! I’ve set myself this gentle goal of finishing these 30 days of Yoga in order to help myself heal and progress towards the best version of myself I can become. Your practices bring me a lot of comfort in these chaotic times and i am very grateful for that. Namaste ❤️

I woke up this morning in limbo to keep with my new routine or go back to old habits and I’m so glad I did this yoga class. It really helped me to clear my mind and keep a positive attitude for the rest of my day. Thanks for sharing.

This episode made me think of Ross Gay’s The Book of Delights, when you notice the things that bring delight that is what you see and feel.

121021 Interesting exercise. I don’t think positive or negative during my practice, sometimes I get frustrated with myself because I can’t manage a pose. But generally, my mind is thinking about what is going to happen next, this evening, tomorrow. Even what I will write in my comment. Thank you. Namaste.

Who is in charge...??? Sometimes, I really don't know, but since I I started to practice yoga, my inner chating it is more centered, and less monkey chating... Thanks for this class, Emily, after Xmas, it was really necessary

Yes, yes, yes! It is tough to remember that our inner chatter is not who we are.
