Can I tell you that this is an answer to prayer!!!! I had contacted them to about how we could do the split and they told me about this software but it was really expensive.. I was going to order this a few weeks ago but needed to wait because of the cost. Just purchased my software!!! Woohoo!!! Thank you, Katrina!!!
Yeah they can only sell it at the full price but I was able to go directly to the source and get you all a hook up. It was totally unfair what happened. Glad you were able to get it now.

I was so upset because I was considering a more expensive printer that printed larger images but they pitched the splitting feature so I went with Ricoma. I even thought about negotiating a return . Thank you, thank you for providing us resources to make larger images. Please show more on placing small holes in the image to make the design softer. I truly appreciate you. Thank you. I will be purchasing this software with your code.

hi Katrina, your videos have blessed me so much. I am barely starting in the industry and you have put me up on game about so many things. I pray God continues to bless you and your greatly. I also have a question, when you do the split design and bring it into the Luminarias software to print are we able to add extra designs onto the page so that the paper is not wasted. Maybe like shirt tags or a small design? I didn’t see you do that on this video so I was wondering if it’s possible to do that.

update i'm very persistent so I kept contacting them and they ended up giving me the smart cut software for free. but its only in windows format and I use a Mac. do you mind explaining to me how you get your images from your Mac to your windows computer.and the software for the luminaries 200 is now called vivid rip it seems more complicated then the luminrip but i'm learning . thanks
Katrina the hank you I am so disappointed in my Ricoma 200 I got it in Oct and have not used it do to something keep being wrong and they won't send a new one I am not a Ricoma fan

It’s just a few I follow and all of you really help me a lot to understand my machine, different apps that works for different blanks, blanks that works better. Always about quality of the blanks and not quantity. Thanks for awesome tips and tricks a long the way . I use to think wow I can get this many for this price and not that little for a higher price, not realizing that little for more was a better quality than the more for less. They definitely don’t have enough and I kept trying to call them to see what options there were or what could be done. They were no help.

Some heat presses there are no numbers you have to feel for it. The tighter it is the harder it it so closer the more pressure it has to
