I don't feel like it is that surprising, considering that a good chunk of the video is about music theory, much in the same way a good chunk of making A Music is using music theory... so... like... really not that surprised... really... ;P

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!
Thank to your tutorial, I was finally able to get out of the slump I was in, in terms of music composition.
For months, I struggled to come up with ANY ideas for original songs, either that or I hardly ever finished my songs.
Thanks to your tutorial, specifically the parts in which you went into the steps of making a song, I was able to realize that the reason why I struggled to come up any ideas was because I was too hasty and was trying to compose the melodies first, rather than trying to compose the chords first.
I composed the chords first and I finished my song.
Not only did I finish my song, but this song was the best and longest song I made yet.
Thank you so much for your wonderful, funny video!

I'm studying music at university, and I swear this is the most accessible music theory/music making tutorial I've ever seen, and I've dug a lot!! I made my first songs on beepbox and for real that's just gamechanger beginning by this, because of its simplicity, but too its limitations, already making the newcomers face adaptation challenges and just don't use 3k instruments and not having idea of what to do with it later.
    Thanks for this tutorial, really!
