Remember, you are the first one on the scene of your own disaster from a CRIMINAL. CC should be allowed anywhere the Police can carry. The only places they don't carry are jails and some federal buildings where they PROVIDE lock boxes. Other than that citizens who want to carry should be able to ANYWHERE they could encounter a CRIMINAL doing his thing. THEY need to know its not one sided anymore. The other thing that needs to be addressed, civil law. When a CRIMINAL is the aggressor, and their actions cause them to be injured or killed, the person defending themselves should be immune from civil litigation from the CRIMINAL or their SURVIVORS.
That is definitely a 100% Fact, that the criminal needs to stop getting defended by the bullshit law and court system. The person that was defending his or herself should 100% be free of any charges. It's pure INSANITY how the non criminal or non aggressor has to go through all the bullshit litigations or charges, when the criminal was in the wrong to begin with and the problem wouldn't have even happened if it wasn't for the criminal in the first place. Pure psychotic that this even has to be argued about.

Great 👍 video
thanks my friend!
@JayCostaUSA just a question about us law shield your thoughts
When is life going to go sideways??? Last time I checked, active shooters give zero warning when they activate their insanity.
One should always carry, loaded and often. I carry in NYC and getting my non residential for NJ. And Utah.
Tight holsters folks- took me 14 months.
Do permits in Pa. From what I hear you really have to watch where you carry in Jersey that have stupid carry laws.!
I live in sj don't have my ccw yet but God for bid if you had to use it in self defense you will be going to jail for murder in this fucked up state
Get your CCW and dont let them dissuade you!
@@billm1842 I agree bill. I will never understand for the life of me, how the CRIMINAL or anybody for that matter that is starting and doing the WRONG DOING,.. gets defended in a situation where the ACTUAL GOOD PERSON who reacted in self defense gets in trouble... IT WILL NEVER MAKE SENSE... but that's the point of what the tyrants want while doing tyranny.. It's so infuriating that people in office "think" they are authority masters. THEY WORK FOR US, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.. God Bless be well 🙏
Secret service failure. Perfect example to carry.
If they cant protect a president, why would they ever protect you or I?
@@JayCostaUSA it means ccw for your life. Dont depend on others.
Hey im a new conceal to carry member from chicago
Welcome. How is Chicago with getting a ccw permit?
@JayCostaUSA well we are a shall issue state so it's not extremely hard but you have to do your part by meeting the criteria and the rest is fairly easy just happy I was approved
Mostly ppl carry bc they wish they were cops and do not have the proper training to conceal carry.
I like this guy, I wonder where he lives in NJ. I live in Sussex, no need to carry out here.
@@clamhandler8203 never say never......
The point is to exercise your rights!!!!
Im in Bergen. I would carry out in sussex as well. Love cherry ridge range out there!
You can always use a gun in Sussex County for the black bears, mountain lions, and coyotes.
I live in New Jersey close to Newark the client is going up in my the Town and they make it hard for citizen to live here to get a carrying permit the town I live in very hard but they don't say nothing how about the drug they do not got caught in permits and they walk the streets with guns all the time I think citizen like me should be able to take a course and how to handle a gun without needing a gun permit I should be able to have a gun without having a permit
Weren’t you a police officer until recently
Not me
The only one that’s going to help you is you
100 percent.
Why do we need firearms? Ask the Armenians if they did the correct thing by giving up their firearms to the Young Turks? Anyone ever hear about the Holodomor? Ukrainians were first disarmed before they suffered their fate.
Don’t add to their rhetoric that this is the safest state in the country
It’s not ✌️🇺🇸
Definitely not what it used to be
🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thanks for the support
When we get a republican governor, I'll get my ccw. Even though I live in a Red county, I can't bring myself to be comfortable. There's something that everyone keeps overlooking; even though ccw is now "legal", our rights to self defense are somewhat questionable. We do not have castle doctrine in NJ, the most basic of rights, to protect ourselves while in our HOME, where WE, have the legal right to be. You understand the rest. Thanks for all you do.
You should consider attaining it even if you have no plans to carry. Its our right. The more we get the more it will be accepted. Also, based on what you said about home invasion. If you rightfully protecting your family from harm you will be fine. Better then all being in the newspaper with bad news. And may that never ever happen 🙏
It is your RIGHT! Dont let Murphy and others dissuade you from exercising that god given right to defend yourself.
@@JayCostaUSA thank you and if I apply for it I’ll post it.
Hello Jay I found your channel and love it brother. What range you go to in NJ?
Gun 4 hire, RTSP? Let me know.
Thanks man. G4H is closest to me so I am a member there. If you ever see me say hello!
I don’t know if it’s worth it to renew every two yr. and pay that amount of money. I’m tired of all the hassle and rule changes that only demand more and more.
@@hiramr1153 blame murphy. He jacked it up to deter people. Remember that and don't vote blue in nj. Democrats. They are the ones responsible for all the anti gun bills and fees....vote republican!
They do that on purpose so that they get people to do and say exactly what you just said right there! And so that you give up.. Smh... And I'm not saying you should or you shouldn't, do what you choose, that is your RIGHT and personal choice.. But don't let them manipulate, deter or stop you from your God given unalienable/inalienable RIGHTS.
Dont let them dissuade you! Do it and vote him out!
@@JayCostaUSA thanks for your informative vids, content and time on youtube. What part of nj are u in? You don't have to give specifics, but I was just curious because I feel like nj has somewhat of a mixture in beliefs depending what part you're in. I actually feel like nj is mostly red but then you have the more population in the "blue city areas" but even there I've seen alot of red... it's the brainwashing media and their Lies and manipulation of "free" handouts and stuff to keep the Sheep voting blue.. And then of course the cheating/rigging is another thing smh.. But yea anyways I was just curious what area you're in because I just started watching and coming across your videos. You have good informative content and thank u for that. God Bless 🙏
Savant speak
thanks!
Once you spoke about religion I signed off. You lost me with bullshit
So be it. God bless
I hear you. I was raised Roman Catholic. It wasn’t until I somewhat fell away to understand my sin and God’s righteousness. Thankfully had some Bible believers share the gospel of salvation and grace did Jesus save me. It’s definitely not about religion. It’s all Grace in Christ saving sinners. “In while we were yet sinners Christ died for us.”
Omg loser@@andrewtanczyk4009
