Have couple of those. First 2 years pretty good will start a dead car, even a V8. After that say 3 years, won't even start a 4 cylinder. Used about 4 times each, keep it fully charged. I now have to connect both in parallel to start a 4 cylinder. I found the old fashion 40 pounders are more reliable, has a compressor plus you could change the battery when it gets old. Ever wonder why rescue tow trucks only use the very heavy battery jumpers?
A must have as it fits in your back pack. If battery dies you can jump immediately. Charges your cels ets $49 Costco Consider. You have no idea how strong batter is so this is a big plus Hopefully u never need Dad
Mine just started doing that, it means that the battery is dead and won't charge anymore. If you bought it from Costco, then you can take it back for a full refund. I'm pretty happy with the product because I've managed to jump start several vehicles in 30 below weather and even a couple of company diesel trucks. Definitely a lifesaver. I even had it with me on a couple of flights without any issues from TSA.

I just tried to jump start my dead car with this and it didn't work or wouldn't turn on lucky I was at home n was able to connect it to an outlet it was fully charged before I jumped it n when I connected it to the outlet it was 3 bars it turned on and I was able to jump it but the problem is if your dead as a doorknob literally the littlest power you can have you won't be around any outlets in the middle of the woods, highway est. also I should add I did try to connect it to my car outlet n it still didn't turn on that's y I connected it to my house outlet but I'm going to do another dead battery test on it today and if it does the same thing I'm returning it

Can this start a minivan as the CCA on the battery is 600A and specs on this one says only 200 - 400A? is that enough or is it better to get a 600A or 1000A unit like noco ?
Having problems with this charging . Charged first time now trying to charge for the second time all I have is one blue light flashing for days..Won't go past the first bar?Any suggestions ,would be helpful.Thank you

I don't like that you cannot charge it from a wall outlet. I would have to drive around for 3 hours to charge it up. How long will it hold a charge in extreme hot and cold conditions?
The kit didnt come with a wall charger but you could use your phone wall charger to charge the battery bank. My power bank hold charge fine, since i’m from California the weather is not too hot or too cold.
@@AwesomeTuBees What you have said is true. But many people have no problem if their car gets routine PMs. Beside if the battery is very weak or dead, many cars will die. A jumper cables would be nice. So buying this if like getting buying a 5 gallon gas tank because you are afraid you might run out of gas. You are correct, it's better than having the A/C battery charger. But the charger can charge your battery while this can not.

It barely works...... the car should have started faster. It would barely start my truck a d the connectors stayed red a d green showing a bad connection even though it was right. So it works but barely and not if its cold outside
@@AwesomeTuBees i have a 5.7 liter chevy tahoe it did start but barely . Theres not enough power i this unit. I need the 800-1000 watt jumpers which look very similar and cost a little more. The clamps are hard to fit on this model. Also there is little.or no customer service. They call you back in 1-24 hours for assistance thats horrible
This thing is an ok battery bank but that's about it. I live in Canada and sometimes the temperature indicates - 35C/-40C. I don't believe this cute little toy can start my good old lexus ES300 in January, February and March if I have a badluck. There's nothing like A REAL POWER PACK to start a car or a truck. They are cheaper, reliable and many come with an electric pump that can blow the tires. I recommend Eliminator. For car batteries I bought an Eliminator one in gel. Apparently they're the best. It was a bit more expensive than a standard one.

I’m not sure because I have never tried it. If the specs says 200-400A, I don’t think it could start something like 600A-1000A.

No solar DC in and no DC out so it can't use solar panels or charge your laptop. And it's not waterproof either.
