How were you able to get your tardis in creative? Isn't there a tardis coral plant or something that you need to place down and do a command? Great video!
Mine wasn't charging cuz I had the antigravs turned on, it made it so it drained all the power I was trying to refuel. (Also engage the refueler, and have at least one capacitor and or battery)

Search for a Biome if you can't detect it then just go to any other cords and then try it again

In the latest versions instead of growing the TARDIS u find abandoned ones in caves
