There's advances in computer chips, carbon fiber making techniques making cf more rigid, laser printed control arms with special shape. Sometimes it's good to just buy the most newest release of your favorite supercar brand just to test out the advances and then sell it
Whatever sets the better nurburgring lap time is the faster car, and different brands keep on beating each other out the car industry pushes each brand to build better and better
