Ingredients
4 tbsp tamarind pulp
80ml fish sauce
2 tsp sriracha
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
120g / 4.25 oz pad thai rice noodles
120g / 4.25 oz tofu
120g/ 4.25 oz carrot
3 spring onions
5 sprigs of cilantro
120g/ 4.25 oz mushrooms (can be any kind)
2 tbsp sunflower oil
80g / 2.8 oz bacon
50g / 1.75 oz bean sprouts
3 eggs scrambled
peanuts
1 lime
pepper
