Another example is co-op games. Everyone wins together without the existence of a loser. so you suggest that someone should suffer for the sake of others? if there was no such thing as "loser/winner" people would be much happier, because they wouldn't be thrown out of society, would live the same full life, there will be no envy and hate (because of said envy)

If there was no possibility of losing, then you didn't win. If you have nothing to compete against, you have no need to improve anything. This world would die from stagnation, apathy and purposelessness
