      Absolutely! As a Pats fan, we saw enough of those catches go against us (Tyree's helmet catch being the one that hurt the most). I remember Edelman's catch on replay - it looked like the ball was suspended in mid-air, defying gravity. And Julien came up with it. Remarkable and memorable.

    Saw the whole roast live on Netflix . I was literally laughing for 3 hours and 4 minutes. I Hope we get another one with someone as famous as Tom Brady sometime soon

      That roast was epic. The fact is was done live made it even more remarkable. Edelman was hilarious, Gronk was having a blast, and Drew did a great job as well. I was happy that people got to see the personable side of Bill Bellichick. He was great and even endured that awkward toast with Bob Kraft. Isn't it ironic that the GOAT was part of the greatest roast of all time as well.

    Julien Edelman was always a guy you could count on. Turns out, it wasn't just on the field. Edelman did a fantastic job on that roast! He was hilarious and showed some great comedic timing of a professional. As a Patriots fan, I'm grateful for all the winning we did for so many years. Julien was one of the all-time clutch performers in New England sports history.

    It was Rich Eisen that said it felt like a therapy session prior to and during his interview with Albert Breer. Normally wouldnt bother with this, but Eisen's show is great and deserves a shout out. Classy guy.

    I love Edelman's podcast..., although I could use a lot less GD's he spews out because my kids love him. I know it's just a word, but still.... Just my opinion, but I listen to all of his podcasts - love his stuff, his guests.

      Wow, good for you! What a great event to have gone to. It was funny from start to finish. I'm a big fan of the Comedy Central roasts, and Netflix really hit the jackpot with this one.

      It is 20/20 hindsight to say that no one was picking the Cheifs going into SB 55. Even when people brought up the o-line injuries everyone said that wouldn't effect Patrick at all. There were slight concerns that Andy Reid's son running over someone with his car may be a distraction.

      @@davis2k1234 i agree with you, that chargers team was head and shoulders better, just like in 2006. Only difference this time was brady didnt cheat. Brady was getting the ball out so quick, i remember bosa and ingram couldnt get to him. Probably one of my saddest days as a chargers fan. Anthony lynn was so outcoached, ive never seen anything like it. It was rivers last chance, Rivers had a mvp year that year.

    I think Brady always knew... this is why he always took the less pay.. the hard coaching. He knew Bill was a great coach....

    The biggest thing that Colin doesnt get is there never have been or will there ever be 32 great qbs. This is why you get a good qb and a couple more other good offensive players AND the rest is mostly abt the defense. This is why some teams get DEFENSIVE head coaches.

    Colin why tf would you even mention “the grass isn’t always greener on the other side” about Tom going to Tampa. He won the freaking superbowl and appeared to love the culture/city of Tampa in general. Unless you were talking about Bill, if so then disregard lol but Tom proved everyone wrong and the grass was so green in Tampa that after he won SB in his first year, there were no more questions about whether it was belechik or Tom. It was Tom for the most part and it solidified Tom as a true 🐐. Patriots haven’t been the same since Tom left and Tom got another ring 🤣

      Thats exactly why, if you noticed he also paused looked around the audience, pointed at someone. It was set up so Tom could walk up say what he said and make sure that was the only massage joke that was told. That was just Jeff Ross being brilliant in his meetings with Tom to make sure the Kraft jokes stopped basically 5 min after the show started

    Brady’s children should have been off limits in that roast. Jack is 14 and his friends watch Netflix, Ben and Vivian are so sweet. It was in poor taste! Hope he can make amends with them.

It’s more like the indirects caught the kids in the the crossfire. I see that Tom recognizes how they were hurt based on his comments today.

      I have been waiting to see if someone would comment about that. I thought he was funny and certainly was having a good time, but even I have to admit I was cringing a bit at the end of his set. I was worried that people would start hating him. He's just a big goofball that's enjoying his life. At least he's one superstar athlete that doesn't get into trouble.

    The roast was good overall, but Kevin Hart sucked. Way too much ridiculous profanity and lots of bits that weren't remotely funny. Ben Affleck shouldn't have been on there, should've gotten Bill Burr, then Peyton to close. Tom's stuff at the end was kind of lame and the excess profanity made him appear small.
