I noticed that this build is oddly unoptimized. 80 intelligence is known as the 'hardcap' for intelligence. So why go to 99 if the damage gains are so negligible beyond 80? You could use those 19 points plus one point from mind to boost your endurance by an entire 20 points. Not only would this boost your equip load which you could use to hit light load for pvp or to wear high poise/defensive armor, but the stamina gains from 20 extra levels in endurance are substantial unlike the 19 extra points in intelligence past the hardcap. Stamina is also very important as it allows you to roll more often, attack more often, and even chain cast before running out of stamina. All of this is useful for any character but especially mages as they need stamina left over if their opponent decides to rush them after they've casted a few spells in succession. Not saying that the points in endurance are needed, but I still think that the extra points into int just aren't necessary is all.

Have you tested how effective the magma sorceries were for PvP? I imagine if you held the magma staff or death prince staff in your offhand with your lusat staff to cast it you could maybe have a sort of "hexer" build. Not sure if actually splitting int and faith is a good idea to fully make use of those spells.
Pretty sure it doesn't it was the same casting speed with lusats but you could always test it out yourself just keep in mind lusat costs about 50% more fp and azurs costs about 20% so just look at the animation itself not the fp bar.
How the hell would rl200 be meta? do you know what meta means? meta means: most effective tactics available In essence, a "meta" in gaming terminology is a generally agreed upon strategy by the community. Said strategy is considered to be the most optimal way to win/ has the best performance at a specific task. Some people have defined meta as an acronym meaning “most effective tactics available” Pvp meta sl in the souls games means a power range for the players to have any proper build in the most effective way and therefore have conectivity and balance through players. You should go watch a video from oroboro called "Meta Level Should Be 125, Here's Why", if you want my explanation here it is: Meta is 125 like on DS3, and one of the reason is; because in ds3 (the most similar game) there was a stat called "Vitality" which affected the carry load on your character and some resistances (physical and poison), in ER physical res is tied to strength and poison res is tied to an armor stat (immunity). Endurance is tied to stamina and equip load, so any build that doesnt want to go with high poise (and usually heavy weapons) has to sacrifice endurance. That takes around 20 levels away for mage builds since they dont really need endurance, and those 20 levels go into mind to cast spells. The other stat that differs from ds3 and the most important one is Vigor, which in ds3 the sofcap was 40, but in ER is 60 and most people say 60 vigor is recommended to not be oneshoted because lots of things on this game oneshot/two shot average players. Damage stat is preference but 50 is good enough even though 80 is the softcap. So that's 20 levels we took away from Endurance that has to go to Vigor, and you can always sacrifice some if you want a higher damage stat/spells/faith buffs/endurance for poise.
