Yeah , his evo is tuned up pretty well , but what that car lacks is handling , after you win his car , you can create a 2nd blueprint and you shall see , he only has a few Stage 4 parts like Nos , Turbo , but funny enough he has stock brakes and some other stock handling parts. Best opponent to that Evo is a car with very good handling like the GTR , another EVO X , 911 TUrbo or even a RX8.
