Xbox 360 super slim ?👎
hey dude I love your channel especially this video, but don't you think it's a bad idea to make videos of models I know you that kids watch your videos about video games. But if you want to post stuff like that make a separate Channel.
My channel is about, what it is stated in the description of my channel - Music, Models, Movies, Video Games and Comic Book.
I do have a separate page that is strictly about Video games and a little of Comic Book and I created that page with kids in mind and people who's not interested in any of the other of the things featured in this channel. every video game video uploaded to this page, will also be uploaded to that page. The History Of Super Mario 1981-2018 hasn't been uploaded there yet but it will be uploaded there soon

@@furrynick Dude you forgot psp and ps vita
Its amazing how many consoles were made and so few appeared in stores or became part of an official time line.
Nothing.
This picture just shows how they've changed over time.
these things take time
Where’s the ps5?
@@1boo686 This was made in 2014 my man...

Hello everyone 4 years later, lol😂
God I used to watch this video so much when I was 9 lol, coming back to it now brings back that amazing feeling I had at that age. I was the kid who kept asking what songs were in the video btw LOL
I always wanted to do a bigger and much better updated version with the newest consoles but time has not been with me and I was never able to do it. Maybe one of this days, who knows👍
@@furrynick That's be awesome
Same lol! I was able to find some of the songs using Shazam or Google music search.
@@furrynick I never was able to ask this, but where did you get this version of "Corridors of time" from? 12:08 I haven't found this version anywhere, and honestly it's my favourite version.
@@strawberrycrxme it’s been so long since I did this that I can’t remember if this version was a remix version of the original song that I did back then. If I remember correctly I believe I remixed a few of the songs on the video. If that’s the case then most likely you not gonna find it anywhere.
What You can do, is use a RUclips video downloader and download this video and just extract the audio from this video. You can get a free RUclips video downloader from anywhere in the internet, just type it in on your web browser and something will pop and you can either download the video or just extract or download the whole video as an mp3 audio file.
Second option is not a sure one at all, because I don’t even know if I even still have the mp3 file for this particular game audio track. But if I have it and I can find it after more than 10 years, I can also send it to you as an email attachment. U would need to provide me with an email address so that can email it. U can message me the information.
Thanks 🙏

home pong
I remember the christmas of 1983 when i opened up the package and coleco vision was in that box. Me and my sister played for hours everyday. I remember playing Popeye, Smurf's, Ladybug, and a few others. I was 11 yrs old and couldn't be happier! Best Xmas ever....
All the conversations of the consoles.
NES: Eugh! you put me next to the ugly guy?
Atari 5200: I hate this guy. But look at me, i'm stuck with a wooden console.
Wooden console: QUIET DAMN KIDS!
N64: What's with the purple guy?
Gamecube: HEY! Don't call me that xbox!
Xbox: Shut up you lunchbox.
Odyssey: I remember the summer of '34...
Dreamcast: - has a gun to the head. -
Xbox 360: Boys we rollin'.
PS3: Yeah, we're going to dominate the market!
Wii: I'm not as strong as you guys.
Xbox One: This guy can't stop bragging about how many bloody games he has!
Sega Genesis: Look at Mortal Kombat! Beat that!
Atari 2600: Ahh, i remember when i was the boom.
Wii U: Yo PS4, let's ditch this place.
Pong Console: I still remember the summer of when pong was the bang.
PS4: Yeah, let's ditch this place.
Lol
Ryan Padgham The Steam Machine was confirmed by Valve and more information will be released soon
Ryan Padgham did you know you could build a steam machine right now yourself you just build or buy a pc and install Steam OS on it and you have a steam machine even Valve's SMs are just mid to high end pcs
Steam Machine: I'm a PC.
PS4: You've been the same console for 13 years. What has changed?
Xbox One: Nothing but everything but the Xbox and Halo!
PS4: No, nothing but PlayStation and God of War/LBP/Killzone.
Xbox: XBOX!
PS4: PLAYSTATION!
The argument goes on for the next 60 hours, causing every console to blow up, and PCs to take over.
clanshadow2 while my play station 2 walks by just being there most successful system ever :) but really, not even pc gaming beat the ps2

furrynick Awesome, thanks for the info!
Thank you for this contribution for all players who enjoyed the games.
the gamecube and ps2 are the best consoles ever made (my opinion)
I can agree with you but for me it's Atari 2600 and ps2
That's not much of an opinion though.. consoles are made with specific purposes, how well it performs can be measured, thus, not an opinion. Unless one console has a feature that another doesn't, then how much you value that feature could come into play but with the PS2, I don't recall any unique features. I've never had a Gamecube so I can't talk there.
Joseph Jennings The PS2 could be called the best console of all times with it's Backwards compatibility with PS1 games, set the standard for CD's "blueray", first console with the ability to play some 1080p games, also it holds the titles of most systems sold with over 150 million and longest production cycle of 13yrs all the way up until the PS4 launched in 2014.
Tim Beals Being one of the most influential and introducing new things doesn't make it the best to this day. It's been outperformed many times over. It's production and sales also have no say in whether or not it is the best. The ps3 could only have sold 5 copies and it would be no less better than the ps2 than it is now.
Tim Beals And wasn't production cut late 2013?
Wow so much history here , video games came a long way and been honored to be apart of these
Here are the consoles I still own to these days

PS2 is my first video game console. My first handheld was the Nintendo DS Lite. The PS2 stopped working last year because in 2008 I stepped on it. We fixed it then but the disc reader stopped working 7 years later. Those 7 years was when it was officially my console, before it was the family system. Lotta good memories with it. The DS Lite I got for my 7th birthday in 2006 still works today. Awesome system.
8:36 so i never knew it came out in 1981
holy shit didn't expect to see *you* here
It's incredible how the universe of the video games have evoluting
8:36 BEST OLD COMPUTER EVER
The background music is calming 😌
The most of these consoles looks like spaceships!
Or like telefones
14:02 ahhh my favourite console ever...so many memories with it...I'm glad it's doing so well still and it's so cheap i mean who hasn't bought one?!?!? ...I remember the ignited candle flame xx like it was yesterday☺️😉
21:13 is Apple’s first ever console and it was also the first to fail.
WOW !!! I thought the ATARI 2600 was the birth of home gaming,....was I ever wrong ! I never knew there were THIS many video game systems through the years. AWESOME VIDEO,........Thanks!
Great video, great idea, great music. Congratulations, I really apprectiate it!
I noticed you have chosen not to include handheld systems and computers. It's fine IMO, but why did you had Commodore 64, which is a computer? And I notice a strange "Commore 64", is that a mispelling?
Maybe I can help by suggesting consoles I didn't see (maybe I just didn't see them, maybe they were not in your list):
* Tiger R-Zone, by Tiger, 1995
* Adventure Vision, by Entex, 1982
* BK11M, by ?, 1986 (Russia)
* Playdia, by Bandai, 1994 (Japan)
* Colour Genie, by EACA, 1983 (China)
* V.Flash and V.Smile by VTech, 2004 and 2007 (China)
* Enterprise, by Enterprise, 1985 (UK)
* Konix, by Flare Technology, 1989 (UK)
* Mega LD, by Pioneer, 1993 (Japan)
* My Vision by Nichibutsu, 1983 (Japan)
* HyperScan, by Mattel, 2006
* Uzebox, by Belogic, 2009
I think you can found many more unauthorized console clones, like Terminator (Famicom clone), Super 16 bit (Super Famciom clone), etc... I don't know if you wanted to add them all. I also think you can find many more Pong consoles, but I personnaly don't mind, I wouldn't have added them as they are not "real" consoles, as they don't have a madia slot.
But anyway: such a great job !
I do have Playdia & hyperScan. Probably a few others in your list as well. I did updated this video and added a bunch of other consoles to the list. Check my other channel the video is in there. Thanks for watching my videos. ruclips.net/channel/UCB-TpP2jbnuLfQLp1SoVl6g
the hyperscan was on the list
beautiful video:)Shown is the development of technologies. I am very impressed for filmmakers.Super presentation
Man this is so awesome I mean seriously as a kid born in the mid 1990s it's amazing that videos game consoles has Improve over the years meaning that they started from the bottom as pixelated and also the game controllers back then on the consoles in the 70s and early 80s very difficult to control to realistic graphics on today's consoles and easier wireless controllers and see now if I was born in the late 70s or early 80s I wouldn't mind trying the system from the mid 80s cause I think that's when controllers started getting easier to control but anyway I really wished own those old systems from back then but to bad I only have the Nintendo Wii,3DS,PsP,PS3,Ps4,Xbox 360 and Xbox one but good thing I use to have to have the genasis,ps1 Nintendo 64,ps2 and Nintendo 64 and man I miss those systems.

By far the most important development ever in console games is the fact that they now come with the instructive statement "Do not make illegal copies of this disc" on the discs. If not for this warning I would have remained perpetually under the impression that companies condone the creation and distribution of copies of their software, and that they're especially fond of such copies being sold at a discount. If not for such an order, people who intended to make illegal copies of games might actually go through with it as opposed to stopping in their tracks upon becoming aware of this most effective of anti piracy measures!!!

I have just purchased two 16-Bit video games consoles for less than £35 each. One is the Sega Megadrive which was released in 1988, the other is the Super Famicom (Japanese Super Nintendo) which was released in 1990. I have invested in a 'mega-cart' cartridge for each which contains almost all of the games ever released for each console - 900 for the Megadrive and 500 (European catalogue) for the SNES. These were less than £50 each. Incredible value, and It would cost you literally thousands of pounds to buy all of these games individually. Both consoles have similar sound capabilities and although it is basic by todays standards the sound chips create an atmosphere not seen today. The Megadrive has a limted colour pallette and can only display 64 colours on screen from a selection of 512, making the graphics a little dull, but what is great about this system is the smooth, fast gameplay/scrolling, most evident in the Sonic The Hedghog series of games. Sonic flies around the screen at 1000 miles per hour collecting gold coins and banishing ememies. Great fun. The Super Famicom can display 256 colours on screen out of a pallete of 32,768 and the graphics are much more colourful, but it is much slower than the Megadrive. It's worth getting this console alone to play Street Fighter 2 Turbo: Hyper Fighting. This game is almost exactly the same as the arcade original. The timing is exceptional, the sound effects are satisfying, and it is so much more enjoyable to play than 95% of modern video games. You really feel like you are hitting your opponent hard with every kick and every punch, and awesome rhythmic combinations can be performed after hours of practice. These games with superior playability were often only 2 megabytes in size or even less. Compare that with a 15GB First Person Shooter on the PC or Playstation 4. A bloated irritating mess. Is it any better to play because it's new, because it's in 3D, because it plays at 1080p? Definately not.
Famicom or NES?

May Ralph H. Baer, inventor of the game console, be missed.
R.I.P. Ralph Baer
Creator of the Brown Box.
DeathSanctum Without it video games probably wouldn't exist.
StomperYoshi What about Spacewar?
StomperYoshi I think video games were an inevitable part of our technological advancement. If he didn't make one, someone would have soon after. It would not change where our technology would end up, but rather the time and process by which it advanced.
Wow! There was so much i didnt know about thank you for making this!
One suggestion....Add the country (or countries) in which these consoles were first released. Like (Super Famicom - 1990 - Japan).....Something like that. :) Otherwise, a VERY comprehensive history of gaming consoles if ever I've seen one.

All I really care about is the consoles between 1972 and 1984. I grew up in the '70s with all those Odysseys. Oh - and Furrynick - that should be FAIRCHILD, not FAR CHILD. Had one of those old consoles back in 1976. Worthless piece of 8-bit color graphic garbage and so bulky. LOL!!!
Pretty accurate vid.
Love the Chrono Cross tune, *"Dream of the Shore Near Another World"* thrown in here @ around 14:40.

Game systems I have owned in my life, in no particular order.
1. Mystery console?? - I had it during the time when I was 3-6 years old, I barely have any memory of it, but I think it was either Famicom, Twin famicom, Super famicom or Dendy Jr.
2. PC - Bought it in 2006-2007, to date its my favourite gaming option. And I use it as my primary gaming system.
3. Xbox 360 - Bought it in 2012-2013, Yes I know it took me really long to get it, but I still had lots of fun with it.
4. PS Vita - Bought it in 2013, Probably my least favourite out of the bunch, it was good at the start, but then within six months I just stopped playing on it, it just got boring.
5. 3DS XL - Bought it in 2014, This was worth for the pokemon games alone, PERIOD!
6. PS4 - Bought it in 2015, currently its my secondary gaming system. I only get the ps4 exclusive games for it, but all of those games are fucking amazing!

SO MANY CONSOLES I NEVER HEARD OF BEFORE :DDDDDDDDDDDDD this is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had an Atari 2600 as my first console but it wasn't until 86 when I got my sega master system that I fell in love with video games.
These 1990s consoles are still fun i have two in my home and i still like to play it😊
19:08 , 22:59 and 23:07 are my favorite systems
Felt sad when the dreamcast was discontinued, but man has sega become all the better for it, when it comes to games. They have made 100's of great games since then. But still a shame we never got another console.
awesome video!! thank you for making it. very interesting
Wish i could go back in time to every one of these consoles and experience them with young generations of those years.
Now i have Original Fat GameBoy, PS1,PS2,PS3,PS4.PC
Dreamcast and Nintendo 64 in few months. When you are a working class collector takes some time to get things you want hahahaha :D
I just got a ps vita, a ps3 and a ps4... But I had the opportunity to play in the mega drive (my first experience with video games) , the super nintendo, the ps1 , ps2 and the xbox 360 !
First six years (1972-78) - mostly slight variations of Pong. Early '80s - versions of Donkey Kong, Frogger, Pacman, a space shoot 'em up and maybe a driving game.
The only consoles I've ever used were Super Famicom and Atari 2600 back in the mid 90's. I got used to the keyboard/mouse combination and generic joysticks later on. It's strange how a bunch of video game consoles can make me feel so nostalgic though.
