Very true, I too fear of being a carrier of the virus to my family members rather than getting covid-19 myself. Being a working person it is more difficult as we cannot avoid going to office and going office means meeting more and more people and traveling in taxis. I am from Sikkim and till the mid of last months everything was normal here but with increasing number of positive cases the fear is increasing day by day. Take care and stay protected everyone!

Hey Scherezade! So I'm Moroccan living in Morocco right now (but I lived in Mumbai fo ra few months in 2011), and from your video, the emptiness of the city feels almost unsettling.
However, I wanted to share my experience post-lockdown as well, and maybe to give you a different insight. So, in my city of Agadir, which is by the ocean as well, we have been in lockdown for 3 months, and the restrictions have been lightened 2 days ago because our numbers went way down. So, I did feel anxious at first when going out. But when I started seeing the relief in people's faces (or eyes to be more specific, since masks are mandatory), and children out with their parents, the sense of danger started fading away. And when I thought of it further, and learning about how the virus can be contracted (since there are so many official informations, as opposed to the beginning of it all), I feel comforted, and confident enough, especially when I have my mask on, glasses on, the disinfectant always in my bag, and make sure to ask others to have their masks on whenever I'm interacting with them. I actually was even able to go to the dentist and have a haircut today. Hang in there!

I completely feel like this is something we have to get used to. Sooner or later, we will have to get out, we will have to face the virus. So yes, we have to prepare ourselves with the idea that this can happen to all of us. And yes, take max precautions.

When the anxiety ebbs then I reflect on how life is going to be now. I haven't left the house in three months, and I don't intend to do it until it's absolutely necessary. One positive though, and also a necessity now, would be that I will have to learn how to drive, which is something that I have putting off citing that taking a cab is more convenient. So looking forward to that.
Wishing and praying for the safety of everyone!

I work in Municipal corporation where we need to have public dealings. Going everyday and coming back to the house literally feels that you have won your battle today. It is right that people are more paranoid that is why they are afraid. We just need to be more cautious.

    Hi Sherry ! :)
    Don't be so panicked
I'm a government teacher at NDMC, our school has been given the status of hunger relief center in this crisis and we all teachers are involved in food and ration distribution . There is nothing so much scarry please don't panic , it's all about Sensible handling.
1). corona virus doesn't spread from air to air so we can move in surroundings .
2). Don't don't ..... touch your face mask , your mouth , your nose , ear and eyes . Protect your mouth, nose , eyes and ears , importantly.
3). Sanitize everything you can - not being paranoid ...but sanitizing is the only cure to prevent its spread . Don't touch your nose and mouth after anything you touch which doesn't belong to you.
4). Take a shower once you visit outside bcz unknowingly your clothes may have been in contact with furnitures, poles, objects etc.
5). Please Don't panic and worry. You have a family to sit and enjoy with . There are people involved in this crisis who are yearning to meet their families.

Stay indoors unless absolutely necessary . Sad that it’s the new normal but till things start to settle for real , please don’t take the words of anyone but the professional doctors and experienced experts . They know the best .

Nice Moto behind the video, this is true, it's gonna be weird for the longest time...so many thoughts even while going on the society terrace, the other day I met my best friend after 3months on terrace, we both were feeling so weird with social distancing and all, I feel like we humans have been given a tight slap by nature and it's very important we take this seriously!
It's a total responsibility of an individual to stay in especially in Mumbai if that person can work from home. Do basic yoga if you can't walk, eat normal bread for few days..find alternatives basically because for now that's all we can do. There's no fun walking with mask on & with so many thoughts!
    Stay safe.❤️

Hi sherry! I am definitely going to watch that Rahul gandhi’s video because I am also living with my parents and grandmother and I am really scared of going out because I am constantly having this fear what if they fall sick because of me. Apart from that, the thing that you talked about the constant maths going in one’s mind about the distance to maintain is exactly what I also do when I have to step out for any urgent need of buying groceries/medicines. However, I feel I have this fear more than other people around me because before covid19 also, I had this next level habit of keeping myself and my surroundings germ free as much as possible since I have this OCD problem. So, the already existing OCD problem going on in head and this current routine of sanitising everything due to covid is what I just keep thinking of all the time and it is taking a toll on my mind. :/

So im in the Uk , lived here all my life our numbers of death are astounding and am so disappointed in our Govt and how they handled the virus. Our facilities here have been amazing that I have to say hands down has been a life saver...as like you I live with my parents who are older and needed to be shielded so there were volunteers who shopped for groceries and pharmacy things, you could call them anytime any day and they did it for you!... also Many people were furloughed here which meant 80 per cent of their wage was paid to them by the Govt to help them stay at home! My thoughts on moving forward its going to show disparity of class divide as those who can afford or whos jobs are not front line facing will be able to protect themselves much more and the others who have to step out will be exposed much more...jobs will be lost...companies will shut down...it will take time for things to correct or maybe recreate a new way ...positives some companies have understood that working from home can be a thing and that people are able to multitask and maybe prefer the work life balance...helps companies cut their overheads by having unnecessary large office space. I hope one day you can do a zoom chat and let some of us followers have a chat with you about it.....xxxx

I went out after 77 days on Sunday and the anxiety is real. I live in Surat and it was the first day for restaurants to open and I saw rush, I saw people without masks, people at cafe counter without mask not sanitizing and I don't know if mask really help or not but people not caring just gave me so much anxiety. I am actually very paranoid about meeting people because there's a lack of trust that has built up. I constantly fear if the next person is being careful or not even with my family I constantly question them about washing hands etc. 😓 2 days ago I heard about a family friend testing positive and I couldn't move for sometime. It's exhausting, mentally and physically.

This is Colaba but you should see to believe what happens in north of Mumbai. Malad, Kandivali, Borivali etc. People are walking on each others heads

I went to my university 2 days back for some work. Felt lost the entire time...it was as though my brain was still processing the fact that I was there (and out of home)🤷🤷
