This is not 60fps. Your tv is just blending frames together, it does look smoother, but in reality you are loosing picture clarity and everything looks more blurry when in motion.
To fix picture quality, I suggest enabling the upscale feature if your 4K TV supports it. While it is true that it doesn't run at a perfect 60fps, this is the only way to get the game to run smoothly without jailbreaking the console.
Yeah, unfortunately, the input lag is an issue. Hopefully, one day, TV's will be able to double our frame rates without the issue of latency. They'll probably use AI to achieve that goal.
@@AkitoYono so the only way to have the motion setting on my TV for the PS5 and Xbox Series X is to disable HDR, VRR, reduce the output resolution to 1080p, then change my TV settings to standard instead of game mode. I’ve done these tests before, if it’s a slower paced game it does give you the illusion of 60fps without input lag, but of course it can be a headache to keep having to change the settings all the time.
Yes, unfortunately, it is a headache to constantly change settings. Hopefully, one day, TV's will be able to double the frame rate of games without the latency issue. Probably will use AI to achieve that goal.

Nice. I do this with my LG OLED. There's a setting called True Motion and i set it to Smooth. Feels like 60 frames to me :)
it's a good alternative 👍🏽
This adds input lag, which is lethal for souls games

With this method, any 30fps game can run at 60fps 👍
Have fun trying those locked games 😎👍🏽
I do this on my Switch for Zelda, but for PS5 the setting is disabled on my TV because it’s outputting a higher resolution and hz
I'm curious what TV do you have?

Oh okay I see. When your using the PS5 is your TV using the game mode feature? Because the motion feature is disabled under that mode.
