Low carb & mostly grain free diet (with lots of vegetables & berries, and using coconut oil & olive oil instead of inflammatory highly processed seed oils) + staying away from dairy most days helps me. I only get bad outbreaks when I eat to much dairy and food high in refined/fast carbs (which I have done the last week during family visit)

Life is too short and there are 8.2 billion people in this world. We don't have the time to get to know everyone. The right people will not look all over your face when they talk to you. They will only look at your eyes, which is a sign of respect when talking to someone.

Starting it from today and will give you update: Day1: just listening it and having calm vibes, I feel like it's going to work, I have strong feeling. I have acne, acne marks, and blackheads, now lets see how much difference if will create for me. Day2: I can see the visible difference, albeit it's minor. I am having glow, less acne, acne spots are still there , but active acne is less than yesterday. I FINALLY got rid of my hurtful pimples and my out of nowere breakouts i am HAPPY and grateful for this
Starting it from today and will give you update:
Day1: just listening it and having calm vibes, I feel like it's going to work, I have strong feeling. I have acne, acne marks, and blackheads, now lets see how much difference if will create for me.
Day2: I can see the visible difference, albeit it's minor. I am having glow, less acne, acne spots are still there , but active acne is less than yesterday. I am lactose intolerant so whenever I eat anything included milk , my stomach starts having issue so yesterday I ate dessert made up of milk. This really improved my health as well because it didn't effect me.
Day3: less acne , still feeling urge to pick pimples. Skin is neither dry nor oily. Earlier due to cold weather it was breakout. I am happy now , my skin is getting so much better. Right now just listening this and praying for better skin.

It will work! Just remember to listen to it for maintenance as well. Also, check your diet for things like Soy and peanuts. The MFG's have made our foods different than they are supposed to be, and our bodies don't like it. Causes food intollerances that come out in our skin. Blessings!
@@calamarivee my acne is pretty much gone, only very light scarring. However the scarring is clearing up more and more everyday. I try and stay away from unhealthy foods and drink a lot of water, sunshine as well. My confidence is back and I’ve never felt better.
