Sir does the side planks overall helps us to hold in the flag position?
Yes you’ll need to have a base level of lateral chain strength. So while you need to work on strength throughout the shoulders to hold the position, you’ll also need a strong core, especially lateral core muscles in order to hold the full flag

what stuff do you use here? it's rly good, no need wall to hang it
