Hopefully it's still going well. I really have minimal experience with gardening and tending to plants in general, but seeing stories and experiences like yours is quite inspiring. I look forward to more updates as they're ready, and hopefully you're finding the best energy in this process.
Hello, Thank you so much for your videos. I was randomly searching about ferns today and I stumbled upon your site. I happened to see an older video that you had posted two years ago about depression. Thank you for being brave enough to post it. I lost my son 7 years ago to suicide and your words touched my heart more than you can imagine. Like you, I find that when I dig in the plants, it makes me feel better. I hope you keep posting your videos because you are an amazing human! Love from B.C. Canada
Hi Carol Ballard, thank you so much for your message. Having children myself I can’t even imagine what you go through every day. Your honesty is humbling. The shame that depression and suicide can bring is something I’m trying to smash with my channel, along with propagation tips! Depression is so widespread and yet popular culture doesn’t represent it correctly leading to a misunderstanding of the condition. I’ve just had a rough year myself but messages like yours keep me fighting to dispel the myths and hopefully start a more constructive conversation about the subject. Once again, sincere thanks for your honesty, life is tough for the best of us, you just have to keep fighting, grab all the good with both hands and keep fighting, never surrender, all the very best Robbie 🌻
