I'm a 3D artist. I would like to submit a group of letters that look like candy canes, which I made in Maya 3D. It looks like a font but is comprised of PNG's with transparent backgrounds. All 44 characters total about 230 MB. Should I just submit it through the stock portal as a zipped file including a JPG showing the entire group of letters together as a preview?
Hello, if you upload a 4K clip, will AdobeStock automatically create an HD version? Or would you have to make different versions? I am just starting out in stock footage and I film things in 4K and 8K and am not sure if I need to upload separate clips of the same thing in all resolutions or just the highest resolution? Thanks!

I 've uploaded a image to Adobe Stock (for test) 15 days ago . After 15 days is still "in review" . Is not shown in "not accepted" or "released" either. Not in "reminder" as well. Asking the customer support they told me it can take 30 days for uploaded images to be reviewed and accepted by their team , I see in this video you tell us it takes only 30 minutes for you... so what should I believe
Hi Stefan, We are sorry as it is taking a long time for your image review process. But I would like to know that a trained moderation team reviews each photo, video, illustration, and vector file to see if it’s right for our collection. The team follows strict but fair quality assurance guidelines, and they provide rejection reasons as a courtesy. As noted in your agreement adobe.ly/3NupZ28,
Adobe Stock may reject or accept content at our discretion.

Hi! How do I upload vertical videos without the system stretching the thumbnails? I did it before and the vertical thumbnail is horribly stretched, so I uploaded subsequent videos in horizontal orientation instead. However, I did see that other contributors managed to do it, but I couldn't find any solutions online … Any advice please?
Hi there! If you need any advice on that, come on down to the Forum & ask our experts about it.

@@AdobeCreativeCloud Thank you! I have just sent my query to the 'Contact us' link in the Contributor's page. Maybe I'll get the solution from there soon!
