I'm looking for some time to buy a laser UST projector, but its a long difficult way to choose the best laser UST projector. LG has some rainbow effect, specialy with people who wearing glasses noticed this, while the Samsung has speckles in the screen. Formovie uses ALPD 4.0 which counter both problems. In this period Leica will launch his first UST projector the Cine 1, in collaboration with Hisense. The downside is that Leia is ridiculously expensive and i wait to see if this projector will also have a rainbow or speckled effect with its TriChroma laser engine. Depending on those results i choose between Leica or Formovie. If formovie releases a second theater, i hope that they will choose for the 0.66 DLP chip like LG uses, instead of a 0.47 DLP chip. @@thomasmorel1447 I litterally said it uses pixel shifting in the last comment.
is it really 4k projector? I have full hd LCD projector and i want to buy new one to watch movies not only in the darkness but also in a daytime...
Yes it produces 4k through pixel shifting. If you want decent daytime viewing, make sure you pair this with a ALR screen which only reflects light from below and deflects it from other directions
@@SaabUnleashed Wow that's great) i d like to use it as a monitor to watch movies and pictures from pc and browser by using keyboard and mouth. Thanks for answer)
Can I hook up a small sub woofer to this bad boy?
I don't think you can add just the add a sub. From what I've seen, the main speakers are disabled when an external device is added.
That being said, analogue audio output might allow for this
Hi, can you explain again how you get Netflix to work directly on the Android 11 OS? I got my Formovie Theater 2 weeks ago, loving it but frustrated that I have to use Nvidea Shield for Netflix.
Install the Web browser, search for "Netflix 4.16.1 apk" and then download it from one of the APK sites. Then use a file manager app to navigate to your downlands folder and install it
have dolby atmos?
It's a projector. If you want fancy sound, pair it with an awesome sound system, like I have
@@SaabUnleashed I have seen the fengmi t1 global version (formovie) that has dolvy vision and dolby atmos
If you say ABSOLUTELY one more time 🥶
Is this available in Australia, if so the price and where I can purchase.
Use the link in the video description. They're avaliable worldwide
@Saab Unleashed how much it will cost?
@@thangiahmathuranayakam5426 whatever the australian equivalent of 3500 USD
That means it will cost $9000
Thanks for this - how far away was the projector from the screen?
7.2 inches for 150 size of screen
Can this projector support 60 fps on 4k?
Not a standard power socket... standard are square shaped
It's a standard kettle lead that PCs use
@@SaabUnleashed incorrect... i was sold the European lead for an Australian socket. I bought 6 leads to replace the European. They do not fit as the male end is a custom shape. Please learn from my lesson.
Running apps via Xbox or PS4 is a problem for energy efficiency, better off with a Fire tv type device.
This is true, although it makes sense to use what you have. That being said, you'd need an amazon fire stick to get 4k BBC iPlayer
Energy efficiency? Why are you even here if that's a concern. Go without a tv to be energy efficient.
Have you tried 4K 120hz gaming on this pj?
Can't do 120, only 60
Very cool
Guy can't bring himself to say AppleTV - hahaha
Bro pls help me I have two options awol 3500 and formovie which one is best plz reply
They're both decent and I don't think you'll be disapointed with either of them. But I ultimately went with the Formovie and it has been used daily since this video was made
Series X...you said Xbox one X a lot 😃
Yeah I realised that whilst I was editing, too late haha
This error was annoying me lol
I blame Xbox. Name things sensibly and we wouldn't be here!
Dolby vision has got nothing to do with the 4k aspect of the projector it merly enhances some scenes that has the support of it
How does it like in daylight?
Fades dramatically unlike the AWOL Vision 3500.
Is it just me or is the display bowed ? Looks like it is.
Isn’t this 2800 ansi lumens. You said it’s 2400 lumens. ?? Why is that
You are correct, I have no idea why I said 2400. Thanks for highlighting, I'll correct
No worries. I bought the same projector and I also have the same vividstorm alr 120. How is your experience with hdr10.and hdr10+ contents brightness. I feel it's not bright enough if you compare with the ls800. Also what media.player is really good for playing rips which are hdr 10 and hdr10 plus contents
@@ice2hotlord
Hi. I bought set up too, still am getting good focus in top left and right even after 30minutes projectors on.
Can you tell me how to fix this ? What height should be the projector and screen base level difference -either parallel or above the projector base?
Any improvement tricks also appreciated
Thanks in advance
@@perumalraja6765 i wrote a lengthy reply to your question proving you solutions. It seems the channel owner deleted it for reasons unknown. So lame my friend. PM and ill help out privately.
And you are wrong that it is the first dolby vison projektor it is not that is Xiaomi projektor
What's happened to your usual new Saab content?
You need a separate RUclips account for Non-Saab content.
Hey Jace, I always said that the channel isn't specific to Saab. That being said, there will naturally be more Saab content because I own several of them
It's an Xbox Series X
A device to watch movies that is not compatible with Netflix. Brilliant! Same device has an HDMI port not compatible with Xbox, Brilliant! Sounds like this device has a lot of work to do before I even consider purchasing one.
but they made me buy it dad
HEYCH DEE EM EYE
It's incredible you made a whole video without showing us how the projector would looks like out of the box without that expensive UST screen.. with and without lights on..
😂Just how much is it!
You are wrong it is not a Xbox One x it is Xbox Series x
be careful, mine only lasted 10 months, now I'm looking for technical assistance...
The motorized screen or the projector?
Sad
If you taking about the Formovie Theater, how is that even possible? Unless I'm mistaken it's only been available to consumers for about 4 months.
Nooooo 😳😳😳😳
😂How u never highlighted how much is it! Why!!
Amazingly terrible. No projector can't compare with the cheapest tv these days...
Not worth it 3k on a 4k projector it should have 8k for that price
No content for 8K and high costs for streaming industry, you can forget 8k
The best thing about this device is that it does not support the source of homosexuality, the university of nudity, and social corruption
The hdrs probably more capable if you recorded this in hdr
Don't fancy buying a new camera for that haha
Thanks for the review, but dude, you really have to hit the gym.
